It is a hit or miss with this particular location. Usually I am not one to complain. But today’s service was absolutely ridiculous. Shift managers/supervisors please be mindful on who you decide to place as your first point of contact when we go to order. The gentleman who took my order today was miserable , and it was evident in the way he prepared my order. his energy was not one of someone who wanted to service a customer. I frequent many different locations because my son is obsessed with chipotle and at times you do come across employees who are just not in the mood or exhausted but do make it a point to be attentive to your order , not treat your order as if your getting it for free or as if it’s being done as a favor. This isn’t free I am paying not just for the food but also to be serviced as a customer. I am not so much annoyed at the fact that I paid 13.00 for a steak burrito that literally had 3 pieces of steak, I am annoyed at the attitude the gentleman had as a server and don’t think it is the right fit for him. And I hope this is not a reflection of who manages this location. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location for sure.

Honestly, I just went there and the food just looked messy in the hot table. 3 people were behind the counter talking and had me waiting a while, while they finished up their conversation. They then made my bowl and upon looking at the beans I saw that they were completely dry but figured it'll be fine. I then got to the register and had to wait again because the three behind the counter went back to talking and apparently the one person cleaning the tables had to come back to ring me up after I stood there for a bit. Got home and the food is gross. I'm honestly afraid I'm going to get food poisoning. The meat is completely dried out as well as the beans.... makes me wonder how long they could of been sitting out and not being used. I will not be going back.

Horrible experience anytime I place a mobile order from this specific location, from mixing up the meat and sometimes even combining different meats together in the same bowl. They have a reputation for screwing up orders multiple times. Never again! Train your staff

Wanted a small, cheap snack. Menu said kids menu quesadilla was $5. The menu did not mention anything a larger quesadilla. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and I got rung up for $11.03. I inquired why the price was not specified on the menu, staff told me that this is the price of a full quesadilla. Might I add it was super small and cold, it felt like I got half a tortilla and some cheese. For the price of this mid quesadilla, I could’ve ordered a BURRITO BOWL. Will not be returning ?

Now that I know want to order, I can make a recommendation and a comment it's an okay store, not the greatest, but it will satisfy when you're hungry.

I order chipotle on the website when I went to pick up the food came home, opened it. It was non-veg, and I ordered vegetarian so I had to call the place they had told me come back and we will remake it here in the stores close at 10 but when I went at 9:20 they start picking up everything And they didn’t have everything to make my bowl again and the customer service were very very unacceptable. I asked them for guacamole they said they don’t have. I asked for a veggie fajita. They said they don’t have half of the stuff that I wanted formy veggie burrito. And it feel like when I went to pick it up they really didn’t want to help me. I was not happy with the service. This is not the first time it happened one time I was eating vegetarian bowl and I found a piece of meat in there, so that’s why I thought I need to put a review Because they making this mistakes very often now if you’re ready to and getting chipotle, please double check.
