When arriving, we waited 10 minutes to be sat down when it was empty. Once we were sat down, no one came to our table for roughly 25-30 minutes. Once we put the drinks in after 30 minutes they didn’t arrive to the table for another 15 minutes. My girlfriend ordered a glass of red wine and in the red wine was left over pieces of the cork. I have never had a bad experience with TGI Fridays since it is a favorite spot of mine, but after all of this I don’t think I can say the same anymore which is a shame. This place needs To clean up big time!

Our waitress was nice.Food was ok. My burger was cold and was more red then i wanted. My bfs medium rare burger was rare. No ac working? It 77 degrees in there. Had to ask for water refills...Took 45 mins to get the check. Computer problems. But no one told us at first. And no discount whatsoever for the inconvenienceLove Friday's but will not got back to this location

Anytime I’ve been to this location, I always enjoyed my time. The food is typical bar food and the drinks are delicious. The bartenders will even make a drink to your taste if you prefer. The music is always good here. They play lots of oldies. Highly recommend for a good time.

I really liked this place in Manhasset Long Island . Its HUGE , with plenty of seating . My " cutie Bear " & I sat at the " pub " area, & their seats were really very comfortable . The televisions are BIG, & angled so you don'r strain your neck . The barkeep was a luv . She knew her drinks , & they were made very well. We ordered the big platter of ribs & they were delicious . Many sauces were available as well. I have NO idea why there are any bad reviews for this place . Everyone , including other patrons were all very nice. GO there. Friendly and eager to serve as a pothole.The lettuce in the Caesar salad was chopped as if it were Cole Slaw and quickly had the consistency of cold green oatmeal.Do not support Restaurants who try to get by on 3 teenage staff willing to show up (probably not regularly) and kinda work for measley wages. The CEO and upper admin should be ashamed, and when the whole chain goes under, should cringe in shame at their mansions. Tell every Restaurant and business manager to pay living wages and they will have plenty of dependable, decent quality staff.PS. Google multiple choice buttons at the bottom reminded me of the best part of my experience - Parking. The best part of my dinner at TGI Friday's was the parking lot. That is the funniest thing I've seen all day.Parking: Best part of the dinner.

Sadly it was a bad experience. Service was horrible. There was just the bar tender and a bus boy. Bar tender took our order and didn't see her again. Had to move seat because mosquitos were eating us alive. The manager looked like she was drunk. Saw her carrying plates to customers and the food was falling off and she just kept walking to their table.It was sad. It looked like a nice place place. Never will go back

i had an incredible experience this friday night with my friends when we came in at 6pm , and we had the greatest , kindest , most attentive server ever . i’m pretty sure his name was Manny or somethin like that , i can’t really remember . but he was so funny , and charismatic . we got our food fast , and it was so delish . definitely would come back again , and would recommend it to anybody thinkin about comin here !!!

I know it's a TGI so I know I'm not getting the most healthy food here. But if the term "comfort food" is supposed to describe this place, it's not all that. A recent visit had us seated by a host who didn't greet us and barely looked up to see who we were. He grabbed two manus and uttered "this way" leading us to a seat that was not to our liking. A friendly and welcoming greeter would have added a star. Our wait staff has always been nice. At our most recent visit, I feel bad that my request for a third time that we have water brought to our table was a bit snippy. Maybe it's the times but the menu for their burgers with an AF on it is a bit crass. I know it's trying to be hip and maybe I'm getting a little old, but seriously, why would you go that route? Another star lost. It seems there's a lack of wanting to be there by the staff. They need a training session for all employees. The menu choices needs to improve as well. The spinach and artichoke dip is dry and not that great. I have to ask for sour cream with the potato skins. Sure, Friday's, Applebee's and the like aren't known for attracting a diverse pallet but they should at least make an attempt. I don't know who manages this location but there never seems to be someone in charge. A bunch of employees running the ship with no captain. Shame because this location could probably be more successful if it made an attempt.

went here for my dad 90 bday..it was so bad..The worse place I've ever been too. all the people who work there act like they hate there jobs,,, ..... long wait,,long!!!!!! food way over cooked,,,, 'LOOK JUST DONT GO HERE..... was 1 good guy who worked here,,, kids name was JJ ........................ its like what the hell is going on here...................... bar mad was so slow and all she did was complain .. felt like i was going to get beat up for asking for help

Friday night 11am I walk in with a party of 6. We wait around for 5mins and no one comes around to seat us. Keep in mind the whole place is empty save for a couple guys at the bar which the employees are chatting with. I go up to one of them and ask if they are open. They say yes the kitchen is open. I say great table for 6 please. She walks away and we wait for a couple minutes. For an empty restaurant that is open for another 2 hours this does not meet my expectations.

Then the bartender just placed everything in the middle of the bar table even though we ordered double of some appetizers, a normal person would've split them.
