Used to go here every Saturday with friends, many friends. Most likely we won’t be back. Impatient owner who is a hypocrite at the very least. They just lost an easy $150 in sales.

$16.60 for sandwich and drink. Bacon, ham, sausage egg cheese on roll and energy drink.

The best plain bagels in the county. There I said it!

Nearly 20 dollars for an egg sandwich, cream cheese bagel and an iced tea. Another place gouging the poor economic climate to their advantage.

Don't get a donut. I'm sure the rest of their offerings are great, but their donuts are either stale (in the case of the jelly donut I got) or sickeningly rancid (as in the case of the Boston creme). If you can't be bothered to shelf fresh pastries, then don't offer them at all, thanks. The coffee is drinkable tho so that's nice

Much better alternative for breakfast than McDonald's! Glad I tried this bagel place. I got a bacon, egg and cheese. The bacon was nice and crispy the way I like it! The bagel was not very doughy; I almost wondered if they scooped out the dough. The sandwich, 4 bagels and a small coffee came out to about $16. For your coffee they offer lots of different creamers.(Only turn off was when an employee (or possibly the owner) finished handling the cash in the register then touched some of the bagels)

This is by far the worst bagel shop I have ever been to . The bagels are tasteless .$6.59 for a stale bagel with a spoonful of lox spread which tasted rancid Don't mind spending money on a good place but this bagel place might be the worst on Long Island 7-11 bagels are better and fresher Went there today with my daughter got a bagel with lox spread and an egg sandwich $26 Total Ripoff Not sure how anybody could go there and write a positive review Won't be back

Open early and always on time with orders. Bacon thick/crispy, coffee freshly brewed and hot!

After a nine hour overnight drive from NC to NY, our first return to our home turf after moving away four and a half years ago, my husband looked over at me as we turned onto the southern state parkway and said "breakfast specials."Now, to most people this is probably a fairly ambiguous statement but to born and bred New Yorkers, you know this means a breakfast meat of your choice served with egg and cheese on a KAISER roll. And not at all confusingly, this delight is generally found in bagel shops. Just twenty minutes remained until our ride was finished when we pulled up to bagel palace, the only shop in the lot open in the frigid wee hours of the morning. It seemed but a moment before my husband had returned to the car and dropped a sack of warm foil wrapped parcels in my lap. Bagels, muffins, paninis- they have it all, and it's all perfectly good, but today we needed just the classics. We drove to my grandmothers house and began our NY visit in the only appropriate way- with sausage egg and cheese on a roll, salt pepper and ketchup. A tiny carton of juice on the side rounds out the classic breakfast special. It was bliss and homecoming all wrapped up in one. I guess I've missed it here after all.

Came here the first time and they were really nice even though they're super busy. Got an egg sandwich on a bagel and thought it tasted really good. Iced tea was good too. But def - everyone was super nice

This has got to be the worst bagel store on Long Island. Let's start with the service, there is none. I was the only person in the store and they ignored me and still got my order wrong. The bagel was stale in taste, asked for 2 egg whites got half of a whole egg white, bacon was cold and the cheese was slapped on and wasn't even melted. Ambiance, that's a joke, sat in a chair with basically 2 legs on it. I advise all to drive past this place. Only reason it remains open is the fact there is no competition.

This place is ridiculous. Go there all the time, not any more. I order a grilled corn muffin. Get home and it’s a grilled coffee cake. So gross ?. EVERY time we go they can’t get the simplest things right, if I could give zero stars I would
