Went in for breakfast and was not disappointed. The bagels are always super fresh because they are made in the store every day. most bagel places not making their own bagels anymore this place is a throwback old school bagel shop. staff was friendly and helpful food came out fast and hot. I will be back for breakfast again for sure. cant wait to try some of there lunch specials.

At times the bagels are perfect. Then they are all burnt on the bottom. Store setup is a disaster. Always screw up orders. Just not worth the $ and time

Absolute trash every single time I've been and give them a chance. I told my sister to go and she just got the same same happen.I call ahead and place an order all thumbs up,get there and it's like I never called.I get glared at when every time I've been, I dunno if it's because I'm not "a local" or what.And like there's nothing more infuriating to anyone who wants bagel with a shmear of cream cheese and pay for extra and they skimp out on it. Maybe staff is underpaidand being cheap with the cream cheese. 'Cuz your not giving any deals on the price so it doesn't reflect. I'm gonna tell everyone to avoid this place. Including you reading this. Props to the bakers, seriously without you this place would go under. I only went back because of that but literally everything that happened around that bagel ruined it.

The service is terrible. Simple orders come back entirely different, poor communication, and the general awareness of job performance is lacking. The quality of the bagels are ok, but extreme patience is required while placing orders.

Freshly made bagels shouldn’t have mold. Highly disappointed, used to be the best bagel around and i didn’t mind waiting 15 mins for bagel and cream to be made but mold is where I can’t go back. ?

Saw the bagel shop on the news and was just a few miles away so I planned a stop for some pre Christmas family fun. They have a nice assortment of bagels. I picked up dorito which had dorito chips crushed, rainbow, French toast, and fruity pebbles. Along with some of the usual assortment. Wide assortment of flavored cream cheese. they also sell a variety of delicious items and sandwiches etc.Parking: Plenty of parking.

This is the best gluten free bagel on Long Island it is huge and soft! The texture is incredible. I had an amazing experience at this bagel place. They were caring and understanding gluten allergies.
