My husband ordered my birthday cake at the carvel on Hicksville Road. He ordered a few days ahead of time. He went to pick up the cake and it completely incorrect. They offered 5 dollars off and said they could not have the correct cake done today. He left and called Carvel on Park Blvd. They had it ready in 30 minutes. It may be further from our home but they were able to accommodate very quickly. We will be going there from now on.

It's smaller than the Massapequa Carvel, but there is no Plexiglass barrier.Parking may be a bit difficult, but there is a lot south east of the store.

Carvel makes the best icecream cakes. We have ordered cakes from other places and they are never as good. There is something about the chocolate crunch in the center and the rich creamy frosting that is always perfect for special occasions.

last night was the first time we went to this place. But It is absolutely not the last. We enjoyed the evening very much with the attentive service, with the first-rate meal and fine drinks and with the decent pay. We will no doubt go back there in a short time.
He messed up my Grubhub order, and when I called, he barely said anything and made no attempt to rectify it. They are often rude, and put no effort in their sundaes.
