Nothing compares to Carvel ice cream & I've been a regular customer all of my life. This particular Carvel though has amazing employees, my suggestion though is to go at night to see them if you can ?❤️.

I really just want to know where the motivation to work is these days. I called to place a custom cake order and girl told me I had to come in and just get general cake from their freezer. I understood they could not customize that day because it was a Wednesday evening and I even accepted not for the next day. After me asking in different ways they said they could do the following day (a friday). It seemed like such an effort to take the order. She put me on hold to check if she could do what I asked and I heard her say "I'll do it tomorrow, whatever I'm not going to stress about it." I should've honestly just said forget it and called another carvel. The cake was good that is why this location got 3 stars but the staff really needs to realize that even if they are having a bad day or whatever you still treat the customer right.
