Placed a pickup order that was 'missed' when I went to pick it up. Didn't have time to wait for them to make it from scratch and was told they would refund me the money. Still have not received a refund to this day despite following up multiple times. Owner is a thief. Later found out that the Mass Park location had been shut down for illegal gas use and cockroach infestation. Stay away from this place.

The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly as well as professional.The food was fresh and prepared as ordered at a comfortable pace.This local Italian restaurant worth a visit on any occasion even if just to dine in or take home. Food was amazing AMAZING! Ambiance nice. More importantly the service and staff were awesome and made us feel so special. To explaining the amazing specials and giving recommendations. It was my husband's birthday. After we had paid the bill the waitress and manager came over with birthday shots for us and they joined in for a birthday toast I can't say enough. Just go!!

had dinner at Il Vizio twice and both times we had the best experience! The first time they were so gracious enough to stay open late night for our party of 12, after our original dinner plans fell through. The service was amazing with the most friendly staff. They really took care of us and the food was delicious. We loved it so much, it's now our go to restaurant for Italian food. Everything was season to perfection and I would recommend anything on their menu! 10/10!

My husband and i have been coming here for many years now. We just celebrated our New Year's Eve here because we love the ambiance and the food is delicious. They have unique and creative dishes that we can't get anywhere else. But most of all the staff and owner are consistently warm and welcoming. You can feel that the owner is creating an experience for families to come together and make beautiful memories.

Attended a Baby Shower 10/14/23 of a niece. The two staff members could not of been more professional, attentive and friendly. The food was excellent and plentiful. Highly recommend Il Vizio and look forward to returning for dinner.

Even the roaches wear tuxedos here! For some reason when I went to the bathroom there was not hot water. I must say the roaches are much classier than your average roach and they really add to the atmosphere for a genuine experience. Just ask to be seated away from the indoor propane tank <i didnt know they invented indoor propane tanks>. Just make sure you wear your fancy pants and you'll be sure to bring home some extra friends.

Yikes. Really good food with absolutely horrific slow service so bad that we had to leave. We waited 2 hours, with no offer to refill drinks or explain anything. I hate leaving this review, but this needs to be fixed as I do not see it as sustainable. Don't come here unless you like watching paint dry

I had my daughters baby shower there Saturday. The food and service was outstanding!! Also special thank you to Lee who basically ran the show!! My guests all commented on what a wonderful shower it was!! I highly recommend if you are planning a special event!! Thank you!!
