Did this place change owners? The food used to be amazing here and now not so much. Ordered seasame chicken with pork fried rice it was the most dry chicken I’ve ever had and the rice tasted like it had chemicals in it. Then I tried the egg roll in hopes something tasted good and again tasted like chemicals in it. Worst chinese food I’ve ever had! Waste of money had to throw everything away.Will never order from here again?

Wow this place has fallen off. Have been going here for years. My wife and I ate there the other night and the food was so terrible we will never go back. The eggs rolls tasted old and they change what chicken they use. The portion sizes were much smaller and it was definitely not worth what we paid. Sad to say we won't be going back here again

I hate to do this, but everything is bland. The lo mien noodles taste raw, and chicken was chewy. I also ordered the veggies Rice, what an enormous amount of rice and green peas. It tasted like it's been warmed up over and over again, and veggies were overdone. They don't care at all PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE there is no Redemption.

I hard to come to Jen's all the time when I was younger and unfortunately this time around it wasn't the best experience. I ordered off the lunch menu and only received 4 shrimp. My combo had 80% rice, 15% green beans, and the 4 shrimp I stated previously. My black bean sauce was also not included and 2 drinks we selected with the rest of our order weren't included either. It's unfortunate.

Garlic smell in the parking lot drew us in. Very tasty, comfortable seating, bright and quiet place. General Tso chicken so crispy and not too saucy. Hot and sour soup was delicious also.

Oh my god, I just picked my shrimp with broccoli , and it is absolutely horrible !Shrimp is overcooked and broccoli is soggy! I have never had such poorly cooked Chinese dish ! I will never go back !

I ordered fried rice with brocolli and scallions, no onions. They gave me a bowl of onions with a little rice? Egg roll was so rubbery I couldn’t bite it.
Jen’s has great good food definitely recommend. Good customer service and nice clean space.

Food is atrocious. Per management, Shrimp and Broccoli combo gets you a small size meal and an eggroll. A small size is 4 baby shrimp (in a 1/2" pool of sauce).The eggroll is priced at $2.50 and it tastes like either frozen or straight up cabbage.Been here a few times to give them another shot, but not again. This was the last time I will spend my money here.

The food was amazing!!! The service is very fast and polite. The soup is very flavorful. And everything was cooked perfectly. Everything is extremely clean and fresh! I will definitely be coming here again, and will make it my go to spot from now on.

Girl on the phone had no clue what was going on. Half of my food was missing. The food I did get was absolutely terrible. And it costed wayyy too much for such low quality food. This place needs to either shut down or a serious do over.
