Nice place, food was good, we stopped for a coffee, tea, cinnamon roll and chocolate chips muffie. Clean cafe, clean restrooms. Huge parking lot.

I'm updating this review as of January 2024. I wanted to order lunch delivery, I ordered a salad, turkey sandwich with a bottle of Pellegrino. I tracked the order and it said my items would be delivered between 1:18 and 1:28 but it was going on 1:45. I called and spoke to a manager, he said the driver couldn't find my street.I could hear him giving the person directions, now the last time I ordered delivery, the driver which was a different person called my cell so I directed her and she found it and came right up to my apartment. Anyway, as I spoke to the manager, he realized how frustrating it was waiting so long for my order, by this time it was almost 2:00, then the driver pulls up into the parking lot, so I went downstairs to get my order, she was telling me they gave her the wrong directions and was all apologetic.I gave her two dollars which she didn't deserve because when I went back upstairs, my order was incomplete, the Pellegrino wasn't in the bag and I spoke to the manager for the second time, he sent her back and when she got to my door, she asks me If there was a receipt in the bag. She seemed desperate and had me looking through the garbage for a receipt! And she being nosy looking in my apartment with my door wide open, telling me her boss yelled at her about the order. I told her there was no receipt in the bag, how the hell do you treat a customer like that?!I told him I am disabled and I shouldn't have had to put up with that and go downstairs to meet the driver, that's why it's called delivery! Well the manager refunded my money so I got a free meal but why all the aggravation? On another note, I usually don't go to this location in person but when I want a quick meal I'll stop here to get a salad but very rarely.It's annoying when you're waiting for your food and you have to listen to them talk about their private business out in the open. I don't care who you drank with over the weekend or how much you like Taylor Swift or your favorite rapper Lil Idiot. Just get my order so I can leave! I wish some of the dishes were lower in sodium being that I'm on a low sodium diet and they've messed up my order quite a few times, and most recently i had someone pick up an order for me and they screwed it up again! The guy takes the order which was for me, the seasonal greens and they threw chicken salad on top and I am on a strict diet, I did not want chicken salad!I don't like complaining or doing these reviews, but you should be able to get what you pay for. Workers are scarce and the ones who are working don't wanna do their job properly. If youre going to visit this location, always check your order.

Check your order. Kitchen staff to busy and don't keep there eyes on the ball. Got home and iteam missing. Upon leaving, I ask for a bag with a handle to put order into. No help. They treated me like I was a pain. I had to go to the bench and do it myself. I did need some help. I think next time I will visit another location.

I was so disappointed with this place! Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches with egg but all three came with egg white only. All 3 should have had avocado but one sandwich had such black avocado, it couldn't be eaten. The bread was tough and chewy like it had been microwaved. I've eaten at Paneras all over the place but this was by far THE WORST! I believe it's because the order was "to go" and they figure no one will come back to the counter to complain about their meal. Do better, Massapee.

Literally ordered just one breakfast sandwich scrambled egg and bacon on ciabatta ...and the one thing in my bag was honey wheat egg white lettuce and tomato....It's not complicated. They don't even pay enough attention to get the one item in an order that contains just that and a coffee correct. Since someone else picked it up for me it's not even worth it to go back.Not the first time but definitely my last there. Not only are their breakfast sandwiches 8$ but they can't even get it right. Hell no.

My wife and I went to this location for the first time, and ordered at the kiosks. We placed two separate orders. While waiting for the orders I received mine promptly. My wife did not receive hers. Amy, a friendly worker behind the counter saw my wife waiting and asked if she could help. My wife told Amy what she ordered and Amy said it did not come up on her screen. My wife told her the credit card went through at the kiosk. We didn't want to have to pay again. Amy told us not to worry and immediately started filling my wife's order. Amy later told my wife she usually doesn't work at this location but was helping out today. Amy was very kind, considerate and hard working. Excellent customer service. Food was great too. Thank you Amy and the staff at the Massapequa location.

Why is this place always so dirty. Utensils/trays left on the table, trash on the floor everywhere. I brought it to one of the employees that i can’t sit at any table due to dirty napkins and mess under and on the table, but no one came to clean it.
