DO NOT EAT HERE! We went for a show, the impersonators were terrible but not nearly as bad as the food. Baked clams must have been reheated, it felt like I was chewing on rubber. Filet of Sole was overcooked, dry and again chewy. The service was horrible as well, they didn't bother to remove our appetizer plates or clear the table, they just kept adding more plates to the table. We ordered 2 beers which were carried under the arm (like in his arm pit) of the waiter to the table. It was the worst experience. We will never go back and you should stay away.

Do not get food here. My husband and I used to go there and eat all the time in person until I got cancer after we would do the take out option. For Valentines Day we chose to do that option for lunch since we had an old gift certificate we had saved for a special occasion. BIG MISTAKE. My food had a weird smell for some odd reason but I chalked it up to it being that I never had their meat sauce before and that maybe it was supposed to smell that way. One bite and I was gagging and spit it out immediately. My husband had a much worse experience. He was having bad stomach problems since eating and has been having bad diarrhea. We think he got food poisoning from the food. It's a shame that Mike rather not care about his customers well being and only care about making a quick buck. He unfortunately lost some longtime loyal customers over this.

I will start off by saying that I was with a very large group. At first, I understood that things were a bit confusing. As soon as I sat down, I was asked to give my order (pre-fixe menu). I quickly looked at it & chose minestrone soup & chicken francese with a side of spaghetti with no sauce. I figured it would be hard to mess that up. My friend chose baked clams & shrimp parmesan. The waiter left before we could give our drink order. I was able to wave someone down (turned out to be the owner). My friend & I ordered riesling and the woman next to her ordered chardonnay. The rieslings came right away. We then watched the chardonnay being given to someone else. Then another one was given to someone else. Then the owner came back with what we thought was the original chardonnay. He gave that to another table. It was a good 20 minutes before a waiter came back to us & the chardonnay was reordered. It took at least 10 minutes more for her to get her drink. Appetizers are served. The minestrone soup was very bland. The people around me who ordered the baked clams said that they were ok. Then dinner is served. One of the women at our table ordered the sea bass. It was given to her in a deep dish because of how much "sauce" was in it. The plate had so much sauce that it, that it ended up pouring all over the table and on another woman. That woman had to wait about 15 minutes for another NAPKIN!!! My friend & I were given our meals. My chicken francese was in a dish like the sea bass. I was given spaghetti with sauce. I kindly told them that i had ordered no sauce. The waiter rolled his eyes & took back the spaghetti. The sauce for the chicken looked NOTHING like a francese sauce. I have A LOT of food allergies, so I asked my friend to please taste it. She confirmed it was francese sauce, but it seemed as though they added marinara sauce to it. There was a tiny piece of lemon on top. I squeezed out as much lemon as I possibly could. The chicken was almost impossible to cut. There was no taste to it. Absolutely none. 15 min passed & still no spaghetti. I waved down a waiter & said that I still needed my spaghetti without sauce. I don't know if he understood me because he just walked away. I wanted to try & mix the spaghetti with the tasteless chicken. My friend's shrimp parmesan did not resemble that at all. I watched as she removed the cheese topping to check to see if there was actually shrimp in there. Several people at the table sent their food back & ordered a different meal altogether. Dishes were being cleared & I was still waiting for my spaghetti. I grabbed the owner & told him I never got it. 15 min later, it came. I tried to eat the chicken with the spaghetti & it did not help. I put my fork down to try & figure out what to do. As soon as I did, the waiter grabbed it without asking if I was done. We then had coffee/tea. They gave us one container of milk for a table of 20 people. We asked for more & they gave us the tiniest container. I ended up asking the table behind us if they had extra milk. They only had 6 people at their table & their milk container was 2x the size of ours. We were all there because it was Murder Mystery night. An older couple come out & introduce themselves and say that the actors are stuck in traffic and will be there shortly. They start playing music & the gentleman starts dancing. Everyone is clapping & singing. After about 3-4 songs, they announce that they are the actors - Officer Lox & Officer Parmesan. We're all so confused. They tell us that a hooker was killed & then they make 5 random ppl the suspects. They would read what was given to them & we had to figure out who did it. This was not the Murder Mystery that we thought was going to happen. One of the suspects was named Cookie & she was the roommate of the hooker that was killed. After what felt like 8 hours of boredom, we were finally told that the handyman killed the hooker because he had family coming into town

Went there on November 23rd, 2023 for the 3rd straight year of going to this restaurant on Thanksgiving. But despite our reluctance, we were seated in a dining room where an untalented lounge lizard performed songs at an overbearing loud level. Making it impossible to have a conversation at our table and it ruined the dining experience. This was our 3rd Thanksgiving at this restaurant, but there won't be a 4th time.

Old school traditional Italian food! The baked clams are delicious and the shrimp parm was incredible. I do not understand the bad reviews. I have been here many times over the years and have never had a bad experience. Michael the owner is always there providing the best costumer service. He goes around and greats everyone, always makes sure everyone is having a great time. The place itself is very homey like going over to an aunts house on Sunday afternoon. I love it here!
