We got takeout from here one night and while it was good; it really wasn't up to my standards for a NY pie. Crust was a bit too thick. Sauce had a bite to it. Much better pizza in the city a few miles away

My beautiful man drove from Astoria Queens to pick me up a "Drunken Grandma" (best pizza ever). My 20 year old son came home out of sorts (fight with friends, girl problem, who knows) "Drunken Grandma", problem solved! and the crew couldn't be nicer.

Order the 6ft Italian hero and that was delicious. Everyone at the party enjoyed and complimented on the amount of meat. Definitely using the again for next party! Also very easy to order, just required 24 hour notice and great price. I should also try other items on the menu!

Drove 45 minutes ro try the famous upside down. First bite is certainly different. Most tend to be a sweet sauce, this one is more in the tangy side. Maybe if u had a sugary drink the contrast would be better, aa the taste too strong. Dough could have more flavor or extra cheese. Definitely taste in the upside down world, friendly staff.

We wandered around long after we should have already eaten dinner, looking for some good pizza. Thankfully we stumbled across Sotta Sopra's sign out front, and then climbed down the stairs and entered.It's a very small space, replete with heavenly smells and some totally Legit pizzas!Tip: Because the place is so small, it can get very loud inside when there are lots of people within :-)As it turned out, their pizzas taste every bit as good (if not better) than they smell as they're being cooked. The pies are authentic, NY, cooked in a wood-fired oven.

Ordered 31$ worth of food from here through slice. Ordered a rigatoni ala vodka slice, a chicken roll (with extra sauce on the side which wasn’t provided), Pasta Fagioli soup and a slice of cheesecake (which came mostly frozen. It took over an hour and a half for my food to be delivered. Now I understand the incredibly young driver had a flat tire and probably had no idea how to fix a flat.The restaurant called me and was very nasty about the fact that I reached out to slice twice complaining about my food not having yet been delivered. He did give me a 10% discount while assuring me that my food would be hot when I received it and that the driver was on his way. My food didn’t come for another 15 minutes when the delivery distance was 2 minutes away. I was working and in meetings all day and didn’t have time to run out. Not to mention I am pregnant and I just wanted some convenience with my very hectic day. I received my food barely warm and the chicken roll was disgusting.The restaurant never communicated the delivery delay until I complained twice to slice. I complained to slice again and they can’t refund me more than 10% because the restaurant won’t authorize any more. The 10% wouldn’t even cover the $3.50 tip I left or their ridiculous 3$ delivery fee. So disgusted with how this establishment handled it all.

Neo pizza was like chop suey bit into spinach slice and spinach was ice cold all of this after 1hr and 15min and decided to pick the food up myself . When I get there they were not busy at all! Delivery driver (young kid) on his phone texting like crazy. This must be under new management cause when first started was oh sooo good ...simply a shame and waste of my money tonight
The upside-down square is a 5 star slice thats what this place is known for and that's what you should get when you go! Its delicious if its fresh out of the oven and it's just as good if you eat it cold too!

The last time I order from the place. This is the 5th time they either messed up my order. Not including all the times they came hours late. this time they sent regular pasta meanwhile on the receipt it says gluten free penne and the sent out regular linguine my father has a gluten allergy I would give zero stars if I could
