update: i gave this bagel place another shot.bad choice- still a disappointment. I am currently pregnant and specified i needed well done bacon on an egg sandwich . They don’t listen to what the customer wants they do what they want. I provided a photo of my “well done bacon”. Gross.Owner likes to put you on hold for 20 minutes until you get fed up and hang up. Big disappointment- I wanted to make a large order up for catering. They just lost a longtime customer since this place first opened.

The best bagels on Long Island. Just deal with the attitudes from the other customers and lack of interaction from the owner (who respectfully probably has a life and is tied) and the staff who is not engaging..... bypass all that and go for the bagels! Best... Best... best...

Love coming here before heading to work. The staff here is so friendly ? The bagel breakfast sandwiches are so yummy, but I recently tried the Crazy Burrito, and it was super yummy! Gonna try some new things next time I go.

This is an excellent spot for your morning breakfast. I go there for their egg white wraps! The taste is rich and the food is ready in a timely manner. I highly recommend it.

I love an itailan hero, so I was extremely disappointed that I paid $16 for what was supposed to be an itailan hero and a water. Barely any meat on this thing, and no onions or oil and vinegar. When I was leaving I thought to myself, "This bag feels pretty light." I've been here a few times and the food isn't great, but I was never disappointed like this. Not goin back. Sucks since it's in walking distance from my job.
Very friendly staff; I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My BEC was great and I loved how many sesame seeds were on my bagel.

Decent food & nice staff! Although they should definitely dust the ceiling and all their appliances like on top of the coffee machines etc... and maybe vacuum and clean the tile grout more often!!!
