I used to order an amazing vegetable wrap on their menu. The last two times I’ve ordered it, I received a wrap that is not at all what is listed. I don’t understand.

Food was not too bad but I could not get over the fact that they serve it on paper plates. This is a restaurant. You sit down and eat. Paper plates make no sense, before the food is consumed, plate is all wet and gross. Weird. They're not Greek by the way. They're Turkish.

We were hesitant due to some negative reviews on here to try Mediterranean Kitchen. We decided to see for ourselves! The staff was kind and dining room was very clean. We ate in and you can watch all the food being cooked right there. We enjoyed a pita sandwich, the spinach wrap, the chicken iskendar, the mixed appetizer platter, lentil soup, chicken lemon soup, and baklava. All were delicious and hot. The service was wonderful! Polite, fast, and often apologetic when he did not have to be. My wife stepped out to take a phone call and he even offered to get her a fresh soup even though it was her own fault!I bought some Turkish Uludag sodas, teas, and olives from the shop in the back too. Great experience and a new favorite restaurant on Long Island! We’ll be back.Vegetarian options: The spinach wrap and mixed appetizers were delicious.

Mediterranean Kitchen is a gem- I have made a few orders from this eatery and every dish is exceptionally enjoyable. It is a warm and welcoming spot for families. The cuisine here is bursting with flavor and made from the freshest ingredients. I will certainly return to sample more of their delightful Turkish dishes.

This place is both a cafe and a store. Their gyros are excellent, as is their babaganoush. This is the best place for gyros in the area. Service was helpful and quick. They have improved the ambiance with covers on the booths. We got Turkish delight here too, and they had it in small packages as well as boxes, which was helpful. I'd recommend this place highly!
