“We were hesitant due to some negative reviews on here to try Mediterranean Kitchen. We decided to see for ourselves!The staff was kind and dining room was very clean. We ate in and you can watch all the food being cooked right there. We enjoyed a pita sandwich, the spinach wrap, the chicken iskendar, the mixed appetizer platter, lentil soup, chicken lemon soup, and baklava. All were delicious and hot. The service was wonderful! Polite, fast, and often apologetic when he did not have to be. My wife stepped out to take a phone call and he even offered to get her a fresh soup even though it was her own fault!I bought some Turkish Uludag sodas, teas, and olives from the shop in the back too. Great experience and a new favorite restaurant on Long Island! We’ll be back.Vegetarian options: The spinach wrap and mixed appetizers were delicious.“
