Edit: I was here on April 10th in the early evening, not today.This is by far the best McDonald's experience I've ever had in the drive-thru! The grounds were immaculate and well maintained, the employee who assisted me was friendly, professional and very handsome, lol! My food was the freshest ever, the burgers were perfectly made as I customised them, fries hot and fresh as well! I was only in the area for work, but I wish I could come there more often!

I can say this particular McDonald's has finally received the last $ I will spend there. Save yourself the aggravation of yet another simple order that is wrong. Just drive on down the road to McDonald's in East Patchogue, were they know how to prepare food and give you what you ordered.

I went to this McDonald's location in Medford to buy some food for my family yesterday. A young lady by the name of Briana attended to me she was very cheerful and she went out of her way to help me carry the extra bags of food out to my car. I think you are lucky to have a staff like Briana working for you and I think she should be commended and rewarded for her hard work and dedication to duty.

The food is great for a fast food restaurant. The staff are very sweet, friendly, approachable, etc. They all care about your experience at this location. One specific staff member named Mel goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Their beef sucks.I ordered the double Quarter pounder, because the meat is suppose to be fresh, not frozen meat.I hoped the meat would be plump, juicy, lean, but it still tasted and looked like McDonald's other burgers.Dry, thin, felt like pieces of fat/bone mixed into the meat.Never again.
