Used to order here regularly, but the last two times got watery stomach upset to use euphemism. The double shack burger and cheeseburger were definitely the cause, because leftovers the next day had same result. They have open kitchen, and from what I've observed the cleanliness there leaves something to be desired.

"Shake Shack" is one of the places where I love the burgers etc. and really enjoy eating them. Real hand flatterers and very well made too. And so I was traveling a bit off the beaten path with friends and ended up in Melville.Tastes may vary and so this is almost certainly just a subjective insight, but it appealed to me and everything was flawless. I felt very comfortable as a guest.

Update: changing my rating to good. I’m happy with the corporate response. Was refunded my order and gave me $15 to my next order. Understood that things happen and may no be entirely their fault as the Uber driver was involved with the delivery. I will say I was very very impressed with the quick response to make things right. Very rare these days you get that out of a large corporation! Well done shake shack!Dont order delivery from here. Food always cold. This time the Drinks missing. Called the store and no one picked up all night. Called the Uber driver who this store partnered with basically not their problem. Even tipped her $10 bucks!!! Said they didn’t give her drinks…on the receipt had the drinks…no cares to check that? As I said something goes wrong…can’t contact anyone for issues..

Shake Shack is and will forever be one of the best burger chains! The food is so fresh and filling, what's not to love? I also love that they have so much variety! I got their veggie burger in a lettuce wrap with kimchi season fries and a vegan milkshake. No one else does it like them! 10/10

I ordered on the app so I could pick it up. The burger was totally dry and over cooked. Way beyond well done. The bread was stale and broke apart as I held it. On top of that they can't be bothered with calling out your name when your order is ready. You have to constantly be checking the name on every order. They didn't include ketchup either despite asking for it on the app. This is the second time out of my last 4 visits that the meal has been a waste of money. I got half way through the burger and I just couldn't continue so I just ate the fries which were good. A 50% success rate just doesn't cut it. This store is poorly managed and the employees just do not care. I won't be back.
