Lady at the drive thru with the stars on her neck needs a new job. She shouldn’t be serving with customers with her terrible attitude. I had to drive away without a drink and wasted my time cause of her. I was very polite to her and told her my order was wrong and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me the nastiest look and fakest smile ever. I wasn’t trying to give her a hard time over berries. Like why are you working somewhere that deals with customer service and carry that nasty attitude?

Sadly, I went from loving this location when it first opened for it's convenience, to no longer wanting to go to this store! I have had two experiences recently that left me very unhappy... And quite frankly was not up to the high standard that I'm used to from Starbucks! The women working at the end of the night at this store are extremely rude and unprofessional. I spend $10 every night on my way home from work at a starbucks... And I always pay cash! I do not own a credit card and I do not have a debit card, therefore I only use cash! During both incidents, they took my order at the window, and then proceeded to ask me if I had a card to use because they were not going to be accepting cash. It was 9:10 the last time I was there... 20 minutes before closing, and they refused to take my order because I only had cash! This happened to me twice! The last time I had to wait behind another car that was actually receiving their order! I will never again go to this store! The first incident, I tried to use a gift card because they refused to take cash and it wouldn't go through so the manager basically threw the drink at me and slammed the windows closed ....which left me confused and quite upset!!!! I will never ever again go to this store! They definitely need new employees, and a much more competent and professional night manager!! Turning customers away is ridiculous! I work all day, and I look forward to my coffee on my way home. It was too late both nights to go to another location, and with the amount of money I spent there weekly, it just left a bad taste in my mouth. Worst experience(s) at a Starbucks...ever!

Very small, weirdly angled parking lot. The whole street backs up during peak time.Vegetarian options: Coffee. Protein trays. Yogurt. Bars.Dietary restrictions: Custom drinks.Parking: Very dangerous, cramped lot.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of floor space.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

The young lady at the drive thru needs to cut the attitude . I understand the morning rush when it’s busy , I work in the food service industry . But the way you speak to your clientele matters .

If I could give 0 I would. Naven is a terrible store manager. Very mean, racist, inconsiderate and rude. I ordered two drinks from them and informed them that one of the drinks was wrong. Naven told me he made the drinks and there is no way he could have done it wrong. Because obviously he is perfect right? He told me he wasn’t going back and forth with me about something he knows he did correct. He has no customer service skills. He then took it a step further and told me that I always complain. I have been to this store twice…..he must think all black people look alike. He doesn’t know me. He judged me. And then decided he wasn’t going to serve me. I felt like I was in the 70s. Very terrible establishment that I will be complaining about everyday until Naven is out of there. HE SHOULD NOT REPRESENT STARBUCKS!

Let the stars speak for themselves. This location is no good and the store manager Naven makes it worse. Very rude and unhelpful. Starbucks barista/manager qualifications have dropped tremendously over the years. Do better Starbucks. Literally cancelled my whole Starbucks account because of this guy.

This place is very much a hit or miss. Some mornings you'll be waiting in line for over 15 minutes for an online order and others it'll be a breeze. Their manager in the mornings is quite rude and will blame you for an order they made incorrectly (they gave me a hot when I asked for an iced and she tried to say I was wrong) However their younger staff is very welcoming and considerate.

I pulled to the drive through to place my order I greeted the barista and I asked for a special request. The gentleman taking my order proceeded let out a blunt sigh as though I was inconveniencing him by placing my order. It was so blatantly rude that when asked if there was an issue taking my order another staff who heard what he had done immediately stepped in and stated that it was fine. I will not give this Starbucks any of my hard earned money great coffee does not exceed poor service and rude staff, the way I was treated today was highly inappropriate.
