I ordered the All American. My husband got the Classic Steak. (It was eaten before I could snap a pic!) They were both delicious, fresh and packed with meat! The bread is sooooooo good. Great service, great value and a buy one get one half off coupon! We will definitely be back!

Ordered Virginia hero and a side of potato salad. Very sloppy looking sandwich and the taste wasn’t good. Potato salad contained too much mayo and just didn’t taste right. Iced tea was okay.

I wish I could give 3.5 but it's not an option. This place replaced TJ's that was previously in Middle Island prior to the pandemic. The heroes are a decent size but the price will be very hard for people to stomach unless they have a discount. I wasn't sure if the employees from the previous franchise took over this one so I decided to try the cheesesteak. While it was a pretty decent one, it didn't compare to TJ's. I also purchased a bbq rib hero. It was also decent but also not one you'd crave and have to return for. The woman there was also very nice. All around it's a pretty good hero spot but based on what I purchased, it was ok.

I bought 2 chicken cutlet hero's. Mine was very good. Exactly what I was craving. A cookie that was perfectly delicious. A large iced tea that was on the sweeter side but I did enjoy it with a lot of ice. My only complaint is I also bought a cup of beef barley soup but there was more broth than anything. No barley really in it at all not even much beef. Also I would have loved a pickle with the hero's not sure if that is something that is included. I also feel I paid a bit to much after looking at the prices of the things on the menu I don't think I was supposed to pay $43. But I did very much enjoy the sandwich and the cookie and the tea.

Excellent hero ,the woman was very nice that helped me ,prices were good too ,got a ham & American full hero with the works and a large bag of chips for $15 ,definitely would recommend

Extremely clean, the woman who helped me was very nice. My egg white egg sandwich was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Will 100% be back.
We walked in kinda late I’ll admit that much, but to openly say “oh great more people..” in front of what would’ve been two customers is just rude. Be happy you have a job and actually get business. Imagine complaining over making money?
