It was a bad experience...each pupusa costs 4 dollars and the crazy one costs 30 dollars and they are extremely small...and of poor quality...they gave it to me with little filling and raw...and we waited more than an hour for only 4 pupusas...And bad service...there was a big mess and dirt...so I had to clean the table and pick up the dishes...that others had left....

We visited this establishment after seeing it on TikTok, well let’s just say not everything that shines isn't gold. My goodness- it was night day between what I saw online versus what I experienced. The food is great, but the wait time is awful. They have 3 people working on a Sunday. I waited 90 minutes to get food and it was only AFTER my mom got up to ask how much longer because my toddlers were so hungry. I don’t think I’ll be back although food was great- it’s all about first impressions.

The wait is long, they answer the phone but they don't take the order. It takes me 1 1/2 to order and they don't answer it. People were bathing them and some had not even charged them for the order. Oh, when they take the order, they take a long time to give the curtido, sauce or soft drinks. I went to this place because I saw a post on TikTok that they were the best pupusas in all of Long Island. The truth is that they are ugly, the only ones that are good are the birria ones. I also feel that it is a long time to wait to get my order out. I had to wait a while. hour 34 minutes and the place is very small I had to share a table with other people for me the worst experience I have ever hadThat's why you never believe what you see on the internet. In my opinion, I will never return because of the bad experience.

Very bad service, the waitress was a stupid girl who only wanted to be charging, she gave me bad service, she threw the pupusas on the table and they were all raw. After eating that, my knot came loose, great course, I half had to go and leave a big oh well, because I was just eating that and I ran out and it was a course that I couldn't stop until the hospital, stop now if you want to go eat, I recommend bringing some corn cobs so that you can cover yourself because what course is going to be given and some cans so that they can wander along the road while they get to the house... I don't recommend this place at all..???

Food is great delicious, however the wait time is ridiculous staff are very unorganized. It was my first time there and the waitress who bought out my food wasn’t able to identify which was the name of the pupusas we orders! Owner of the place should really relize 3 workers isn’t enough for a Saturday my respect to the lady who was in the front taking orders collecting payments running out food & drinks to tables and cleaning and running to kitchen to help the other two !

Came after work craving some pupusas and it did not disappoint!! The chiccarron pupusas were flavorful but I wish I tasted more meat still cheesy heaven ?. Zucchini and cheese was light and sweet kinda and mixed perfectly with the tall horchata! Horchata tasted a lil watery but still had a creamy cinnamon boba texture the veggie pupusa sandwich was yummyyy!! Need the lights to be turned down or dimmed in the dining section cuz it was too bright. Overall l Def be back ?
