I come here almost everyday with my gf… we always usually get a drink from the fridge, together totaling $5.50. Last time the guy tried to charge me 5.99 saying it’s “taxed”. He knew he was wrong and I let it go and I hadn’t seen him again until today. He was training some new guy who we told that we always pay $5.50 but he insisted it’s taxed. The store makes up prices and they probably skim the top for themselves. I don’t need to come here and you shouldn’t either.

Hit or miss, probably more miss. Depends who is making your sandwich.

Terrible sandwich. Had a hero eggs cheese sausage hash brown salt pepper no mayo no ketchup. First bite was awful. Bland. 0 flavor. 0 sausage. I think they put 2 small patties on a freaking hero. Cheap garbage. Hash brown was bland. I threw half the sandwich in garbage. Never the same after they change owners.

Every delivery experience I've had with Andy's regrettably has gotten worse and worse.Typically i order via GH and always add instructions to call or text on arrival as most delivery drivers deliver to the wrong addresses. At 1st they would just leave my order on the floor outside without calling nor confirming delivery completed. Then they did that in the rain and now it just never came. I tried to call the restaurant with no luck, contacted grubhub when i wanted to only check the status then GH cancels my order without me confirming thats what i wanted to do and wouldn't give a reason. The food here is PHENOMENAL but i will NEVER order in the form of delivery ever again.Suggestions:- Call or Text on arrival to ensure you got right address.- Confirm order is delivered after it is delivered- Simpmy ring the doorbell and dont quietly drop the food on dloor outside on camera

The food is great the lady behind the counter who charges you is very sweet but the guys that make the sandwich one of two of them rush you and then the sandwich doesn’t come out the way u ask for it no offense if I am paying 20 bucks for a sandwich it should come out my way that’s why I try so hard to make sure I deal with the same guy but sometimes he is doing other peoples orders

Great spot. They know how to make a sandwich. They take their time in preparing a quality sandwich and are super chill while doing it. This is my go-to local deli.

Andy's Deli has been around for years. They are known for their DELICIOUS, BOARS HEAD, HERO SANDWICHES!!!They also have a HUGE selection of "FRESH fixings," for Custom Salads- "Create your own Salads!" Would highly recommend!!!

The deli consistently gets orders incorrect. Three times I have ordered delivery from them, and they have not gotten the order correct once. They will not send a delivery person to exchange the bad order with the correct one; so I have to go to the deli to get my order rectified. And when I am in the store, they show a complete lack of respect for the customer, with snide remarks and long delays in providing the correct order.

This used to be the best deli in the area, now it’s disgusting. New owners, new recipes, higher prices, worse quality. What a shame.

My wife and I were visiting Middlevillage Queens and stopped by Andy's for a bite to eat. The moment you walk through the door, you know your mouth will soon be rewarded. The place is bright and airy, the staff greet you on the spot, and the food offerings are all tastefully displayed. I ordered a liverwurst and Swiss cheese on a roll with mayo and black pepper. (I can rarely get this sandwich combination while in the Bronx.) The finished product was my dream come true with a generous serving of liverwurst, topped with a well orchestrated combination of Swiss cheese, mayo, and black pepper all cradled inside a soft, fresh roll. I was in heaven. If you are in the Middlevillage area and want to experience a deli sandwich that will have you moving to Queens, check out Andy's. Your mouth will thank you.
