This location should be ashamed of itself. I am speaking specifically about the kfc, and not the Pizza Hut, as I’ve seen no change in quality since even before they had a Kfc conjoined next to them. I would come here about 15 years ago and get the kfc; the chicken was delightful. However, it is no wonder why Popeyes is putting them out of business and I think this location has stopped trying. You see, I am in love with Popeyes chicken sandwiches, and one day while I was in the neighborhood at night, I decided to just walk to kfc, and try their chicken sandwich. I saw the sand which on the menu, and saw it was priced the same as Popeyes. I ordered two of them figuring they couldn’t be that bad. Well..... you ruined my night. I waited forever, and upon getting home I opened the sand which to find a mayo soaked, crooked bun, with chicken sticking out of one side. To be worse, the chicken was roughly the size and shape of my middle and index finger put together. The second one was worse, “Mayo” if you can call it that, was sloppily mixed with ketchup so lazy that you could actual see a swirl. The chicken was the same as the last but somehow it was fused into the edge of the bun. If I were sober I would not have ate that in a million years.

Got food poisoning after a few bites of the popcorn chicken. I think my mom got it too after eating pizza from the Pizza Hut that’s combined with this kfc a year before that. Also it’s pretty dirty in there. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I ASKED FOR A 3 PIECE CHICKEN AND FRIES. THE FRIES WAS ICE COLD AND THE CHICKEN WAS HARD, DRY, BURNT AND COLD!!!!!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!

This was the worst! I ordered the $20 Fill up with tenders. I only got 9 tenders instead of 12. I only received 1 large mashed potato instead of 2. I did not receive any biscuits and no dipping sauce. What did I pay for? I am taking this right to corporate to get resolution.

Count your order at this location 62-02 Fresh Pond Road...they always short change you on chicken...ordered a 10 piece bucket and got only 8 pieces! Hope they stay closed forever!
