I try not to review bad experiences at restaurants, I normally only post good reviews when the food is terrific and the service is great. That being said, when something is bad and needs attention, I feel I must share my experience. I was here on a Saturday night, just to sit at the bar and have a couple of appetisers. We looked at the menu and we’re going to have dinner, but decided not to because the service was quite slow and there wasn’t many people in there for some reason on a Saturday night. Lots and lots of empty tables.So it wasn’t that our food was disappointing, and the service was just OK, it’s the cleanliness of the restaurant that’s atrocious! Management must be completely oblivious or half asleep to not notice what’s going on. On my way to the bathroom, the floors looked filthy. Once I got to the bathroom, it got worse. Not only were guys rolling up paper towels to stuff into the door jam to close the stall door because the latches were completely broken, there was no soap whatsoever to be found and this didn’t just run out recently as my posted photo shows. The soap had been empty for quite some time due to the unscrewed soft soap pump bottle that had nothing left in it. It was obvious that people were putting water in it to get what little soap they could and even that ran out. So I promptly paid my tab and went to another restaurant. I have been here multiple times before and when it first opened it was a nice restaurant, but ever since that first visit it has steadily been going downhill since. I’ll be hard pressed to give this restaurant another try. Hopefully the corporation sees this review and wakes the manager up or replaces him/her.

Our waitress was absolutely wonderful but overall everything from the food, service was horrible! Our fries were ice cold I was watching them sitting on the counter for 30 minutes. Glass with my drink was all sticky. Gross. Never going back again.

Stop by today to have lunch and had an amazing experience from the food to the service. I had Kya as my server. She was very knowledgeable with the menu and had very great recommendations. She was very patient as it was our first time here and took time to attend to us. Not once did we feel like a bother or rushed like at other places. She went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate this kind of service!! Thank You Kya for your hospitality and we will be back for another yummy lunch !!

This place is very interesting. Its an allergy free restaurant which is a bit of a niche but I didn’t mind. The server mentioned that right away. The real issue is how the place is being run. Me and my 2 kids ask for a table and the host says 20 minute wait. The reason was literally 1/3 full at best. I said to her how can it be a 20 minute wait. She says we have reserved tables for large parties. Ok i guess i could buy that excuse but my family and I waited for 20 minutes. There were no larger parties coming in. I would have been more satisfied with her saying we are short staffed and have to stagger the amount of patrons in. That would have made more sense. Overall the food was ok. You can taste that it is allergy and gluten free in the food but its wasn’t omg bad. I would return with my family and would hope they are more organized and honest.

Dietary restrictions: This place caters to food allergies and Gluten intolerance however, the food is yummy even if have Zero food allergies it is worth the try. The Mac and cheese is yummy. The clam chowder, excellent and we also tried the GF chicken sandwich all really good. Service was great and restaurant atmosphere is really nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in with wheelchair

We stopped in last night, and were lucky enough to have Laura as our waitress. Laura went above and beyond to make sure our food was delivered to the table as quickly as possible. Consistently refilled our drinks. Checked in with us frequently, even though she was juggling a ton of other tables. She was personable, and funny. Truly demonstrated what it takes to be a waitress. Will be coming back, and hopefully will have Laura again.

Dietary restrictions: I have eaten here a few times. I have many dietary restrictions and have had a safe meal every time. They are very diligent about preparing your food so that no contamination occurs! I highly recommend 110 Grill.

The steak salad was disgusting beyond belief! Arugula salad with blu cheese and A1 Steak sauce as the "dressing" = PURE VOMIT! The most bitter salad I've ever tasted. Left the worst aftertaste and if that wasn't bad enough, they cut the tomatoes and onions like they were cutting corners and going to use those vegetables for burgers if not a salad. This was one of the worst meals I've had in a long time.

Had to wait 15 minutes for a waiter, didn’t want to seat us at a booth, all the waitresses that DID walk by just stared at us like idiots, and went to go gossip in the back. Finally had to get the manager who promised us a waitress and subsequently disappeared. A waitress who had seen us from the bar (who wasn’t even assigned our section) finally came by and took our order. If she hadn’t come by we would’ve left. Drinks came with extra alcohol to make us forget the terrible service.
Food made me sick but the waitress was very nice. They Should get a health inspector check.

I love this place and go here all the time and get the pulled pork mac and cheese but I went yesterday (Martin Luther King day) and got the same dish I always get and it just didn’t taste the same. This was my favorite dish but I won’t get it anymore, something changed.
