I recently went and ordered a smoothie and it was horrible. They have a new manager at the location and he micromanaged the workers and made the process very difficult for them. He insisted that the use less ingredients in my smoothie and he removed half the strawberries from my smoothie and watered it down. Informed him that I was unsatisfied with the taste and wanted my money back.

This place used to be one of my favorites but ever since new management took over they are slow you walk up to the person to order and they literally tell you "one second" 10 minutes ago by and you're still standing there waiting to order no sense of urgency, no sense of customer service. The ""manager" takes her sweet time preparing orders. I wonder what happened to the five additional people they had working there that provided excellent customer service I guess they can't afford good customer service!
