I miss this Boston market. I've been going to it for years and love the food. The pandemic and economy probably hasn't been so kind to this location and I am very sad it's closed. i hope it reopens again soon.

They didn’t have a lot of items that we usually eat like meatloaf. Then the Mac and cheese was so nasty. The corn, chicken, and potatoes were edible. Go anywhere else to eat.

I'm sorry to say that Boston Market no longer serves delicious, homemade style food. The menu keeps shrinking and the prices keep rising. The meatloaf tastes processed, the mashed potatoes taste like boxed potatoes, the cornbread at times is tasteless and rubbery... The chicken is still good but way to expensive especially given the sides are not good. As a customer of 30 years I'm done ? This location mostly looks abandoned and is closed on Monday and Friday, what chain restaurant does that!! I expect you won't be in business much longer.

Last time I checked these were roasted potatoes not potato wedges. Idk if they're under new management and employees but this wasn't the Boston market I know that was always tasty this time at this location the food was BLAND! And it didn't taste like how it did once before either. You're better off cooking than buying overpriced bland food.

Very strange meal I had. Out of a lot of things - my 3 slices of meatloaf - were a 3 inch compressed meat block and mashed potatoes were tasteless instant potatoes made with water. This place is no longer what it used to be. The drive through service - manager - was nice but never heard of the AARP senior discount card.Realize looking at someone else’s review/picture of their meatloaf - mine, strange shape, was out of a spam can - the CHUNKS of 3, were 1 inch wide and 3 inches tall, same shape as a spam can - NOTHING LIKE THE REVIEW PICTURE

The smell of sewage hits you in the face when you walk in. Not frequented much due to this problem. A shame because I love Boston Market.

Got the Thanksgiving family dinner for 3. Pretty bad. Turkey was satisfactory but the various sides were a joke. Got mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and dressing. These were supposed to serve 3 people?? Only If they had bird appetites! Apple pie OK but really sugary. Cheap quality. For $55 absolutely not worth it. Should have gotten the turkey dinner next door at the Americana diner. I heard that was excellent. Overall grade for Boston Market dinner for 3... D

I don’t know what the reason is that you found it necessary to keep your restaurant open while you have no heat, but I think it’s appalling that you have your employees in there freezing. I just picked up my dinner and you have two young ladies at the front who are absolutely remarkable, but they are cold and bitter cold right to the bone. There’s two tables and the people have their hats and coats on. I understand it’s a business, however to make your employees work in that condition is disgraceful!

$16 for a piece of dry chicken and two room temperature sides. Will not be back!

A decent restaurant with courteous and professional staff. The building itself is in need if refreshing as it appears abandoned at first glance. They must know this as they've erected a "we're open" sign.

The fact that there was no one in this place on a Saturday night should have been a hint as I walked in the door. The staff is nice enough, but the place is really run down; I had assumed it must be because of a franchisee who won't invest, but since Boston Market doesn't have franchisees shame on their corporate entity. Shut it down or renovate and keep it up. Filth flies around the food, soda options weak and ice machine broken. Pot pie mediocre compared to normal and stale.

We ordered our food online drove 45 minutes to get there Only to find out the place was in open And our debit card was charged Then we saw that it was open because the place looks close down and went there to get a refund from us $40 worth the food that we paid for and the lady acted like she didn't want to give us our money back gave us a hassle and attitude the place is disgusting full of a bunch of people attitudes I wouldn't recommend a place to anybody
