Went to go get food and drive thru was blocked by delivery truck and staff was cleaning inside of the place at 9:20 and wouldn't let anyone in to get food even tho you couldn't order outside. Sign says it closes at 10 and doors where all locked even when trying to talk to staff. Over 10 cars full of people came and went trying to get food and ended up going to McDonald's. Def not planned well.

Awful rude service. I asked the girl behind the counter if they still serve hot coffee and the price. She gave me an attitude when I told her that it was not on the menu. She just made me feel awful for even asking.

Stopped at Burger King last night for dinner quick before going grocery shopping. I was amazed at how clean the establishment was! Like spotless!! Even the bathroom was clean! Service I will say was a little slow but I think that's because it was a Sunday night and let's face it, who really wants to work on a cold Sunday night. My whopper was delicious and hot right off the grill too! I'll definitely be back!

Did not get all food that i paid for and what i did get was missing ingredients i paid extra for. One of the workers who looked like a rat, was constantly yelling and constantly rushing customers when the store wasn't busy.

So disgusted with my dinner last night. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and the meat was raw. Instantly from my first bite I notice the hard, chewy meat. Disgusting!! I will never go there again. No wonder the drive thru always looks empty. I thought it was due to McDonald’s being right across. Not worth the money they are charging.

Food was nasty this afternoon. Fries were fresh but onion rings, mozzarella sticks, bacon cheeseburgers and chicken jr sandwich were either dry and hard, cold or tasted old and stale. I think I’ll be going to the Burger King on 211 from now on even if it’s farther. This BK on Dolson is very hot or miss. And unfortunately I have to say that miss is a lot more common.

Leaving a good review, but whoever owns the location should get their shake machine fixed if it’s quite literally their running promotion

Worst experience over and over. Fast food is far from fast especially when ordering on the app. This place sucks. It would be faster to drive across town.
