I had a disappointing experience at Carvel recently. I went to purchase my usual four cones for $12, as I've done consistently in the past. However, this time, I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Both the girl with blonde hair and the girl with black hair were unfriendly during my interaction. When I questioned the sudden increase in price to $13, they dismissed me with an indifferent attitude, claiming the price had gone up without any prior notice. As I went to retrieve more money, I noticed both girls laughing, further highlighting their lack of professionalism. This experience left a very sour taste in my mouth, with that being said I rather spend my money where I’m appreciated and respected.Parking: A big lot

My guilty pleasure... Every few months I have to come get my waffle cone with soft serve chocolate ice cream and cherries. They never disappoint. I sit right in the parking lot in my car and enjoy it.

We love going to Carvel for a ice cream treat, the store is always clean and the staff is super friendly and especially good with my kids (who are super impatient). Their ice cream is always delicious. We also order birthday cakes from them and they never disappoint !!!

I am 55 years old disabled I walked all the way across the parking lot because I saw the sign flashing and then the lady turns to sign off and then refuses me service for a milkshake and she spoke very nasty

If I could give zero stars I would. I called and ordered a fudgy the whale cake for a 50th birthday and retirement party. The girl asked me if I wanted to pay then which I did. My mom lives nearby and I said she would be picking it up Friday early afternoon. When she picked it up she picked up extra crunchies and bought herself something. The person rang up the cake also. When we realized what happened at the party I called and some kid who answered said to call the next day when a manager would be in. I asked what the managers name was and he started talking ghetto and hung up on me!!!! Terrible experience and customer service!!!! I purposely paid for the cake in advance and they charged my mom again! I will be calling corporate office on this matter!

Horrible, I ordered a vanilla cake, my son is allergic to chocolate. I made sure they know that. Yet on when my son cut the cake it was vanilla/chocolate cake. My son cried cause he couldn't eat his cake. We are very, very disappointed.
