They are average speed for service of food. Food is usually cooked fresh. It is definitely budget friendly compared to other places. Food is great. My kids love it. My hubs loves it. Im just gonna start off my saying wow! For my first time eating here the food was exactly what I ordered the service was perfect and all the workers are so kind, there’s so many options to choose from and the workers where so kind to help me decide. While arriving here with my mother who is a vegetarian we say that they have options like a veggie sandwich which was very impressive. Overall I had a great experience and definitely will be returning.Vegetarian options: For my mother who eats no meat at all it was awesome to know that she had an option of a veggie sandwich.

I ordered boneless chicken bites at the Charley's in Wal Mart in Newburgh ny on Rte 300...they were fresh, hot UNTIL MY LAST BITE HAD A PIECE OF BONE AND MARROW IN IT...EWWW

I used my credit card here once and ever since then I get unauthorized charges on my card stating its from "Charley's Philly Steaks". I had almost 10 Unauthorized charges. My bank called me to question me about it and I had to get a new card. Do not use your card here!!! They still have my old card information and still try to use it!
