Went here to this location for the 1st time on Friday March 8th 2024. if you been to one chilli's you've been to them all! I only say this because it is pretty much the same layout as the harriman location, in which i frequent more. Was greeted right away, by a host, who was clearing up tables, then a manager walked by and sat me right away. I sat in the dining room section. Server greeted me right away, and she was very nice. To the manager of this store... cut the music to the cooks, that distracts them... they are just blah blah blah... it reminds them of the girls they left behind.The manager of this store gets busy...Pure rancheras just in the kitchen. That's why I trade empty tables

The server was excellent. The atmosphere ok. My wife ordered the steak it looked great my wife really enjoyed it. I ordered the "bowl" of chilli,let's just say the quality and quantity were very poor and most definitely not worth the wait. I informed the server of this. She apologized and said she'd tell the manager. I ordered a cup of coffee she warned me it was a cheap coffee and sub par. She wasn't lieing
