Several of times visiting Downtown Bagels to grab some grub. Sometimes bagels with cream cheese or butter. A few times ordering breakfast sandwiches. Excellent foods with great flavors. Bagels fresh and soft. At times quite addictive. Even though it’s been a little while since last visit. Enjoying all the foods I purchased. Yeehaw! Yeehaw!?
Best Bagels anywhere around. Cinnamon Raisin Bagel toasted with Walnut Raisin cream cheese on it is my favorite ?Parking: Huge lot, major grocery store in this mall.Kid-friendliness: I've seen kids there frequently.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat Handicapped parking right in front of the Bagel shop

They are every sense of the phrase “hidden jewel” when it comes to New York style bagels. Bring a fiver with you and discover a tasty sensation you didn’t even know you were missing. This is the best bagel spot in Orange County NY and quite possibly the state of NY.
Best bagels I’ve ever had. I’m from westchester and have lived in the city and these are the winner by far! I’ve gotten them for my whole family and everyone’s in agreement. Seriously makes me sad thinking about having to move soon and be farther away from these bagels. Always worth the wait and cash only !!

this place is a middletown staple!!! hands down the best bagel i've ever had in my life. my family has been going here since i can remember, always getting a dozen bagels every weekend! during the mornings they get pretty busy with a line out the door so be prepared if you're going during rush. i love that they've always been the same and stay authentic to themselves. cash only as well. i love love love this place and they deserve ur business anytime you want a bagel!

An abysmal experience with rude customer service. Order wrong. Unhappy and disappointed. Orange County Bagel is much much better with friendly employees who take the time to actually listen to your order and not blame you when they get it wrong.
