I typically only use the drive-thru here (or sometimes order Grubhub which gets picked up here) - today was my first visit inside since this location opened. It definitely seems like this spot is 90% meant to service drive thru and mobile / third party delivery orders only. I have been to the new Dunkin in Middletown twice last week since it has opened. First time I went I had no issues the 2nd time I went they were VERY unorganized. No one knew which order was whose, they tried giving me someone else's order twice! I ordered a hot chocolate both times with vanilla and I honestly forgot how good it was. I recently moved near this dunkin donuts and remember thinking yay i have a dunkin nearby. This is now maybe the 3rd time i get a latte here and theres always something wrong.
