Horrible. Wouldn’t accept my $50 for a $13 order. Then the girl wanted to be smart and whisper adios. Very unprofessional. Wish I woulda got their names. They don’t even accept Apple Pay and this is a new location.

This is the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been in all my years. I asked for an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. The bagel was like rubber couldn't even chew it, like they had wet it then toasted it. I asked for hazelnut med. Light and sweet got no sugar.wastex money that went into the garbage. I also asked if the bagel was old I was told no. My teeth trying to eat it even bite it says something totally different. Two ppl working and one that kept going outside had a tie on, maybe a manager. besides that did nothing at all after hearing me about the rubber bagel. Management needs training along with the other two workers. Just Nasty to even give that bagel and coffee to me. Lesson Learned never again in the dunkin donuts on Highland ave ext Middletown N.Y stay away consumers. The rap music so load it was the worst experience ? ?

I bought a call brew coffee today which apparently had curdled cream. I tried contacting the phone number associated with the vendor, but was not able to get in touch with them to file a formal complaint. Completely disappointed!
