Terrible. Lady in the front is so rude for literally no reason. I try to come back thinking it’ll be different but she’s rude every time. Idk if she’s prejudice or what. Food is not the best and customer service is even worse. And she looks like MULAN?

I am very surprised that this restaurant doesn’t have a five star review. These people have very good food at an extremely good price. Food comes out piping hot and the lady behind the counter was super nice. Service was fast. My wife and I loved it.

The woman at the desk is rude. While waiting for my order My daughter was injured. I asked if she had ice so I could place in my daughter’s injure to which she replied “N0 you don’t have a refrigerator in your house” I will NEVER patronize that establishment again. .

Placed an order online for chicken and broccoli. When I arrived home and went to plate my meal, discovered the chicken to completely freezer burnt and with a sour-tang smell. I hate to say they lost a good customer and I have no faith that this restaurant is giving you fresh food.
The lady in there always has an attitude. I mainly order on DoorDash well used. They made a simple dish correctly once. I order the SAMETHING everytime fried chicken with vegetable fried rice. The chicken is always rubbery

very bad service! Today 6/17/2013 we all the way from Fremont to this place with my old parents and grand baby tol of 7, wait for almost 1 hour and didn’t get seat, I saw they had friends of 7 get ahead of us and got the table. I asked for manager, the waiter pretended to call but in fact the manager 熊伟民 Xiong Wei Min is in front of us. The manager not only didn’t handle the situation, he wanted us to wait another 30 mins and the hostess not gave us the seat. Very rude to customer!!This restaurant the view is very good, food is ok, but the service and management are really bad. No basic courtesy to the customers, especially the manager and the hostess, the speaker there is also broken and loud, very noisy, unpleasant experience.

Ordered bean curd dish from their vegetarian menu. They sent chicken instead. Called them to rectify, they simply said it was GrubHub’s fault and didn’t even offer an apology for the mishap. I suggest they update the menus to reflect what they have instead of sending incorrect meals. Will not order from here again!!Vegetarian options: Incorrect vegetarian items listed on their menu!
