Went with a group for dinner, staff was nice but food was very disappointing. Filet was overcooked for several of us medium well instead of medium rare. Shrimp was rubbery. Salmon was small thin and also overcooked crispy, and slathered in a way too sweet sauce. Fried rice and side of noodles bland and also overcooked. Vegetables burnt and smothered in sweet sauce. At $60/person this level of quality is unacceptable. We can't imagine 4* stars rating shown on Google is accurate.

This place messed my order up takes stuff off my order without me saying so then tries to charge me for it. I did not touch the food. Told them I was not gonna pay for it being that they messed my order up. Manager comes out with a nasty attitude and charged me gratuity for sitting in a chair stay away from this place, the service is horrible. Our server was OK but the manager is just plain nasty. !!

We go here all the time and the food is good. However tonight I ordered two "rocking rolls" to go and never received them? Which is almost, if not more, $30 in sushi just to come home and be disappointed. I will be calling in the morning.

I will definitely not return. Years ago this place was nice. Food was really good and affordable. Had the hibachi dinner for myself and my daughter and one side of plain lo mein noodles. The bill came out to almost $70. Ridiculous. The food was not great at all. It lacked taste and the worst was the lo mein noodles. They brought out spaghetti seasoned with these 2 liquid sauces. It tasted horrible. Total waste of money.

I've been here many times before. This time was a disappointment. We had an hour wait, the smoke/ventilation system was not working so my guests had smoke blowing in their face the entire time. Lastly the chief was one of the worst I have experienced at any Hibachi.

Restaurant is NOT family friendly. No place for children in hi chairs to sit. You aren’t allowed to have them in their stroller either. Took over 20min for waitress to just take order and then has an attitude when you have menu questions (not all waitresses).

The food and the service was great.Vegetarian options: Lots to choose from.Parking: At the galleria Mall, lots parking, in Middletown New York, the best place to eat and celebrate. At the Mall.
