in town for a work trip so i stopped by John’s for lunch, THE BEST FOOD i’ve had in a LONG time. not only does the food look amazing but tastes even better ! 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to visit again ! only remembered to take a picture of the pizza bc calamari & garlic knots were gone in minutes ?

I absolutely love John's of Arthur Avenue! Their pizza slices are huge, every meal I've had there has been fresh. Tonight I had a side of meatballs and they were SO GOOD!! My mom ordered a small salad and it looked like a large. She actually took some of it home for tomorrow it was so big. The portions of food you get for the price is definitely affordable!

Came in wanting an Eggplant and Ricotta slice and they didn’t have it. The owner offered to make one for me with one of the slices that was on display, so I said sure. Ended up being the best slice ever, and speaks volumes about the awesome guy and great service. 10/10

Love the huge pizza! Just dont like the pickled peppers on pizza ! crispy crust and great sauce. Just seeing this pizza brought in the house delivers a giggle seeing the size

Ordered was placed over the phone. Was told the order will be ready in about 25 minutes, it was pouring rain, arrived, parking difficult to find and had the person waiting inside 40 more minutes in the pizzeria. House not even 5 minutes from the pizzeria. We arrive home and first thing we did was dive into the pizza and garlic knots, all this time of waiting and the food was half cold. But we figured ok not the end of the world, we open the wings and on the receipt says 10, was charged for 10 and served 5. Granted we called the place frustrated, because now the food is cold and garlic knots barely seasoned and overcharged, and as I’m aggravated explaining my situation the person on the phone says do you understand it was served to you as soon as it came out the oven. Instead of being humble and understanding you’re in the wrong and that’s no way to speak to clients this way, you make a person feel bad like they did something wrong instead. And than come back and offer to make another pair of wings. Why would anyone want to go back after you just spoke to a customer this way knowing I waited by the door for another 40 minutes for the food to be half cold coming home. I don’t need the extra 5 wings but be a decent human. You can keep the extra 10 dollars and the wings and the arrogance.

does anyone make real veal parm anymore they should put frozen parm the pizza was good and the people where great . I've only found 1 restaurant that had great veal that was old Erie next door .
