She think because she behind a counter she can be rude and snatch my card and roll her eyes and just have bad customer service in general. Play with your mother love. I wouldn’t told you to smd but you probably wouldn’t have understood. :(

Master Wok is delicious, but you will never get enough food in the portions. They can be light on the choices. It doesn't matter if you get one, two, or three options. They are also like a well-oiled machine focused on turning more customers over and don't have the most excellent customer service skills after all these years, a good spot to grab a quick bite. I wouldn't expect too much more.

First of all, I know it's food court place and you get what you get with them, meaning fast and passable quality sprinkled in. The servers were pretty nice, and offered suggestions. $10 for two meats, fried rice and a egg roll, which I passed on since am not fan of them is pretty good. So the bourbon chicken was good, I mean I tasted sauce and just grilled taste, plus very tender. Now the char sui (BBQ boneless ribs) that was very good, actually boneless ribs not cooked to a chewy oblivion and very tender, plus not swimming in extra sauce and I could taste grilling done to it. The fried rice was alright, had flavor and not oily, could been better if put some chopped fried egg and green onions, the peas in it was bit discolored and mushy.

Not bad for a fast food place at a mall. The service was pretty fast and sample were offered. I shared a three items combo but it was not enough for two people.

Food looked delicious but instead was very bland. Rice and chicken were okay and edible, but not flavorful. String beans were undercooked. I usual like my veggies crunchy, but it was legit like biting into raw uncooked string beans. Staff was friendly.

Terrible place to buy Chinese food. I bought the chicken teriyaki (which had huge chunks of fat and joint in the chicken). With dry rice and passable green beans. Never going back.Highly dis-recommend...

One extra star for being in Middletown. The lo mein at this place is probably the best in the area, it's better than all the Chinese takeouts. This is probably the only place around where you can get the bourbon chicken. I usually opt for the spice one. A good place for lunch if your at the Galleria mall. Forgot to mention it's also a great deal at ~$13 for 3 different meats!
