No one was manning the counter to take orders. Had to try to order on a machine while other patrons just stood around and waited for serviceHad a bacon, egg and cheese with avocado. There was much more bread than the other four ingredients combined

Staff is very friendly. We would be eating there more if we were closer. It’s nice to be able to get a salad and be able to give our 4 year old picky eater something to eat that he likes!

Ordered a toasted steak and white cheddar with extra steak lettuce tomato onion didn’t get extra meat no lettuce barely any onion paid $20 terrible
I'm not the biggest fan of Panera, but my mom is. Because of her, we're in there almost daily. I usually get the cheddar broccoli soup. Most times, it's hot, but every now and again, it'll come out cold. 8 times out of 10, I have no issues. Unless they're swamped, the staff is pretty quick at not only taking your order but also getting the food to you. It's a fairly big store, but it's sectioned off into small, cozy areas. The best thing about THIS Panera is that they're located right at the very corner of Orange Plaza. It's easy access from 211 and leads you back on in either direction. Seeing that it is in Orange Plaza, after you get food, there's plenty to do and shop for.Parking: There's plenty of parking. It's in Orange Plaza so there's more parking spots than you need.Wheelchair accessibility: This store is wheelchair accessible. There's a sidewalk in front of the store about six inches higher than the street. On the right corner is a crosswalk and a "ramp" for wheelchairs leading from the parking lot.
Ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup for $8.99, I would expect to get a decent amount, the soup was not even filled halfway! I don’t know if it was because the chef was too lazy to fill it to a decent amount or what but that was not worth nine dollars whatsoever!

Panera is a great place, but my recent visit was so, so. For soup and bread it took like 15 minutes to be served @ $13 - then to see the server split the bread using the hands instead of a knife. The area where the trays and dishes are placed were so full, plates on top of each other; not sure who manages or over see the store, but you gotta do better then that!! The coffee area with empty carafe of milk/creamer - It's beginning to look a little sloppy; pick up the pace before Panera become another lost restaurant: senior discounts would help! It's a thought. RESPECTFULLY!

Service was fast, friendly and professional. The store was clean too. The spinach and artichoke souffle was soooooooo good and the cinnamon bun was too.. only I wish I had thought to get it warmed up... overall I'd go again if I need to get a quick breakfast.
