Screwed up my order! Got the shrimp tackle box combo with mashed potatoes and cocktail sauce. Drove all the way back to work, opened my lunch, no cocktail sauce, not eating dry shrimp with no sauce, and no mashed potatoes, got fries. Had to drive all the way back to get my money back!!! Still had to pay for the wings I ordered for someone else, should have been comped! Not Happy!!

Quiet place, good food. They lost a star because the oil is clearly not being changed enough, or they fry the sweets with the fries and chicken. Fries definitely tasted similar to the apple pie. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Popeyes aided Uber Eats to robbing me of my funds. I ordered something from Popeyes and the driver claimed he couldn't get in contact with me in Middletown NY RONALD WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HIS NAME. I called Popeyes and they said they cpuldnt I called Uber and they claimed that they couldn't help me because the order had been placed over 48 hours ado. It's 4:00 and I ordered at 12:30Pm he never rang the bell! So be careful with Uber Eats. They refused to refund my money and the driver stole tip and the food.

I don’t usually do this but Maria and the staff at store #11636 in Middletown, NY at 8:11PM. Was exceptional. I had a large order and they did not miss a thing. Maria even went herself to the fridge to get me ranch sauce for my girlfriend. Because she was pleasant she offered me a deal to add 2 apple pies, and of course I did! Her hospitality was top tie, you’d think I was in a restaurant. I ordered 3 pcs original chicken combo, 5pcs tender box only, popcorn shrimp combo with Mac and cheese, 6pcs ghost pepper wings and a chilled mango lemonade! Love me some Popeyes !

My hubby and I stopped by to get a few boxes of chicken, and the ladies that are currently working their are very patient. A lady was there making a big thing about black boxes and a orange box and I watched how these ladies handled her and I commend them. A job well done.

I try not to go to this Popeyes only because it looks so OLD, it's not the people, they are fine. The chicken is ok, but it gives me that "yek" feeling as it always smells, the garbage and back area is always unkempt and wet, and it just feels like there is no pride in how the the place looks. Who ever owns this location needs to invest in a remodel.
