Paid $9 for a pretzel and a sodaPretzel which is now $5 after tax was not fresh or warm whatsoever. Probably won't go here ever again. Higher prices + poorer quality = not worth itStaff was friendly at least

I have been going to this place for years. But my last visit was horrible. The cashier was being very rude and chewing her gum while taking the order. She was not helpful at all. I would suggest the owner of this place get mature individuals because this experience was unacceptable.

I've been coming here for a while now !My family loves PRETZEL BITES especially cause their only located in the Mall in Middletown . It's unfortunate when you ask for fresh Pretzels you get an attitude from employees working their especially the crew on the 1st floor !! I spend money here and it's not cheap $12 I expect fresh Pretzels !Little do they know I know what fresh Pretzels taste like !! They start cleaning 2 hours prior of closing ! Not cool to lie to customers and give them old hard Pretzels !!! Not a happy customer this has been done a Number of times and now it needs to be addressed !!

They open at 11. I was there at 11. She comes out from the back asks if I need help? Said I would like some pretzels. She says will be about 20 minutes. Name any other company that is not prepared to serve their customers once open?

Horrible service.The girls making the pretzels were making fun of everyone ordering. The girl taking the orders wasnt kind either. She just stood there and starred at customers till they walked up to her all confused.Wont come back untill new workers are here.They hire anyone these days.

The screens are AMAZING! The seats are AMAZING! The prices are... not so good. For tickets or food. Everything is newer construction, so I highly recommend coming already having had a good meal and just bite the bullet for the price. Bathrooms are nice too. So we don't always go here, except for big blockbuster we really wanna see and hear great.

New Bacon and Mozzarella Cheese Pretzels are Horrible... Please don't make them anymore...either just cheese or Pepperoni..but what you currently have is horrible

A roach crawled up to our table and almost onto my daughters stroller I was so disgusted threw my food away and left and called management when I got home. The whole food court needs to be closed and renovated and they need to find out the source of how they are getting in.

Avoid the lower level location - they're constantly out of stuff. You'll literally get your pretzels faster if you just walk to the location on the upper level.
