Guy who runs the proshop is an absolute miserable human. What a nasty attitude and completely rude for no reason. Lost a sale for no reason other than being condescending and disrespectful. Unfortunate because I enjoyed bowling here with my league but will not return just because he works here. No more league money or open bowling money from me. Egos are high because they have a stage now maybe?

I had an absolute fun time bowling, but that was it. Attempted to order another game, my party and I were told that there was a 2 hour wait. We proceed to check the site, there was an opening in 30 minutes and an hour. We order the lane for the next time slot, the payment processes, the service desk tells us they don't have it. Now, we're attempting to dispute and they won't settle or return the money. In addition, when going in the bar, there were no menus, or drink menus of any sort. We sat at the bar, awaiting to be served, to no one tending to us. We then see a worker and asked for a drink menu, or menu in general, we were advised there weren't any, then to be told we'll be tended to shortly, after 10 minutes of sitting at the bar already. We ended up leaving after a great game unfortunately. I wish there were other decent bowling options in the area, or I knew of others, because for a first time, things were great, until it was game over. If you want to go bowling, check it out, unless you can find something closer and better, and don't expect the greatest customer service, and I would refrain from using their website from any kind of reservations.

This pace is t terrible. Staff is super nice, lanes are clean and the seating is super comfy. I only found it strange that score control boards were missing from several lanes as if owners opted not to repair those to save money but it didn't hinder usage of the lanes or the fun I had there. Overall a solid bowling alley I'll certainly return to.Pricing is not bad with an unlimited bowling price per hour. If you have a small group it's a fair value since you can probably get about three games in per hour coming out to about $5 per game which is the average cost at other alleys. If you have large groups then I'd split the groups up in multiple lanes to get a bit more for your buck but otherwise fairly competitive pricing in my opinion. My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning on a hot summer day which made for a little uncomfortable experience otherwise I would have stayed longer.

Purchased the bronze package deal with 2 hours bowling, a pizza, and a pitcher of soda for $49...1. The pizza was just cheese and was half burnt on the bottom. It was most likely a frozen pizza.2. They put us in for 1 hour instead of 2 hours, so we listed the progress of our second game when the 1hr ended. Notified the front desk, and they said they would fix it right away, but we ended up sitting at the lane for 20min before going back to the front desk to have them start the game.3. When checking my bank account, I saw that I had been charged $50.52 twice. I called Quinnz Pinz a total of 3 times 3 different days about resolving the charges, but each time they tell me I need to speak to the owners Bobby or Jamie, neither one of them are in today, call backtomorrow. The third time I called, they said they were out of town.4. The atmosphere was great.5. The menu was extremely expensive for the low quality and quantity of food.6. Service sucked but the staff was friendly.

Food was bad and management was disappointing. Never going back.

I had an amazing time at Quinnz Pitz! The variety of entertainment options, including the bowling alley, pool/hockey table, and arcade, kept everyone in our group entertained for hours. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Whether you're into bowling, arcade games, or just hanging out with friends, Quinnz Pitz has something for everyone. Highly recommended for a fantastic time!

Excellent layout, good food, and good service. Plus there is bowling if the live music on Friday and Saturday night isn't enough for you.

Lively place. Enjoyed the live entertainment. My only gripe are the rude bartenders. Twice they ignored me waiting to order to chat(not taking orders, just chatting) with other patrons. When I said excuse me, they had the worst attitudes. I can understand if they were busy but they were not.

Nice entertainment venue. The bar has a good selection of beers, and many televisions set up to watch sporting events. It’s partially separated from the bowling alley, and a large game room filled with pool tables, pinball, and arcade games. I saw a band play in the game room. The sound was pretty good and it easily held over a hundred people without feeling crowded.

DO NOT GO DURING THE DAY FOR COSMIC BOWL! Unfortunately we made that mistake and had one of the worst bowling experiences ever. There were children's parties going on and we were put right in between two of them. Kids were running around all over and sliding around on the approach while the parents did nothing but drink in a group behind the lanes. Disgusting. To order food the only way is to use your phone which is a lengthy process and takes time to navigate. If you need a refill on your drink you cannot simply go to the counter and get one. You have to scan the code again and order all over again. It asks for a tip but don't do it because they don't bring it to your lane. You have to go pick it up. Won't be going back... Good luck

This place was really cool! The bowling was fun. We played the arcade for a while but a lot of things were not working, like the air hockey didn't have a puck and the pool table took our money and then didn't work. But otherwise it was a fun place with a cool vibe.

Loved the band! Iron Cobra but every time we went up to the bar for another drink the bar maids would charge a different price for the same drink so I would watch this place! Not so cool!!!
