Just wanted to stop by and share my experience. I’m currently a Food and Beverage manager at Honors Haven Retreat and Conference. More often than not, we end up doing a will call “pickup instead of delivery” to help control and keep as many of our staff and guests as safe as possible during the pandemic.Every time I arrive to the Middletown, NY depot I am ALWAYS greeted by friendly faces, high professionalism, and great customer service. From the super personal guy who actually helps with the order pickup, to the people in the back that help me with obtaining display items such as bar mats, napkin caddy’s, glasses, etc.I honestly prefer to do the 50min drive just for the positive experience. Seems like an awesome team!! Thanks Southern!

My pickup@ same location from BFY appointment needed but they will take care of it ASAP! Toke me 13h ahead of my scheduled appointment! Very nice and friendly people, fast 1h!

Getting loaded here is very hit or miss. Need appointment, not FCFS. Friendly staff. Could be loaded quickly or be there 8 hours getting loaded. Lacking organization in shipping.

Honestly the worst I've ever dealt with customer service I understand they supply and demand but they can't even supply what's demanded they treat a customer as if it's a privilege to order from them they make it impossible to want to deal with and I mean corporate most of the reps are amazing ppl that Shouldn't be put In the positions they are in cause corporate is to blind to have better ways of doing things.
