Every time I’m here I think it can’t get worse. The place is filthy, I watch the blender used multiple times without being cleaned. Floors and counters are gross. Had to walk out.

Ordered out from here yesterday Saturday February 24th 2024 using Uber Eats. There are lots of different drinks to choose from. I chose the Grande Mocha Frappe. Order came quick. Frappe was very tasty. Probably would order again either using uber eats or in person.Price is a little overpriced, but it's starbucks, i feel any starbucks is a little pricey.

I ordered a pistachio hot latte after being told this location was out of caramel Brule. Drink was very weak and had no taste. First time I visted this location and not a good first impression. The other location on rt 211 in middletown ny is always consistent and get the order correctly made.

Great Starbucks. Staff is terrific, the store is clean and spacious, nice vibe and great place. Unlike its sister location about 1/2 mile away which i wrote about quite negatively ie take the extra couple of minutes drive, avoid that one and come here!

The service here could use some fine tuning. I understand busy but it appears they are also understaffed. I remember a time Starbucks Customer service could compete with Chick fil a. That's not the case here. My mobile order was to be shipped was supposed to be ready at 3:34 and I waited until 3:40 to ask how long before my drink would be ready. My order was placed at 3:21 for reference. The drink was good so that's why it's a 2 star and not a 1

Starbucks has sooo many drinks and treats to choose from. My favorite is the vanilla bean frappachino and a cake pop. They literally have the best cake pops ever!! This Starbucks is also very clean for how busy it is. There's always a line!

Their drive thru was closed and we had to go in. Seems the kitchen was a bit chaotic. Had to wait a loooong time for the food. The manager was very nice but trying to keep it together. The people preparing the food seemed frustrated/flustered. My order was missing some items.

The display shelves are infested with fruit flies. When I told the barista she said they don’t serve from there and that there’s nothing they can do about it. It’s so unappetizing and makes me question the cleanliness of this Starbucks. Wish I took a photo.
