I'd give it about a 3.5/5. Sometimes the line is just too long of a wait. It would just be easier to go to the one by Wal*Mart. The location of this one is bad. It's way too small and too close to the entrance of the Target and the hall leading to the rest of the mall. So if it gets busy, it creates like a traffic jam. The staff is pretty friendly and make drinks at a good pace.
Don't know why there are such negative reviews! Went here today after shopping in Target with my friend and ordered a vanilla bean frappacino which was so scrumptious and sweet. There was a bit of a line when I had just received my drink though but would definitely return when in the area!

I order Pike Place exclusively. I frequent Several Starbucks locations. Hands down, this Starbucks has the best and most consistently made pike place of all. The other, non Target, locations should train their staff here on how to make a consistently good cup of coffee.
