I ordered on the app, and went through the drive thru to pick them up. They told me to pull around, and at the window said it wasn't ready yet and we had to wait. Then the employees proceeded to talk badly about me ordering on the app, and that I should've ordered at the screen. They all continued to talk badly until I got my drink, which they gave me aggressively. Extremely rude for absolutely no reason.

Once I moved up here, this place made me feel like I was at my other Starbucks location. Everyone is very friendly, I get it's their job but when you are a regular you become on first name bases with everyone. They always make my drink right!
Ordered an oatmilk shaken expresso and it tasted horrible. I had this drink before and here it just tasted completely different. Asked to remake and it was still so bad. Never

Food for thought - which doesn't make sense. Starbucks Durg Corporation operates an estimated 40k+ locations and won't staff properly? Controlling users because of their sugar addiction? Star Drug corp SDC will want you to fund the app to open more locations and to make more while they can't provide proper service? Maybe it's time for Netflix to make a viewing on this.Regarding this location:It's understaffed. Management fails because they can't properly schedule people with the right shifts to accommodate business.30-minute wait for order, and you’ll receive attitude for giving them your money. That's special.

LOL! The hate for this Starbucks location is real! I have to say if you are coming here for drive thru then all the hate is warranted because the drive thru is absolutely dreadful! BUT keep in mind it's not easy and quick to make all those fancy concoctions we love at Starbucks. The drive thru at this location has got to the be busiest and have the longest lines I've ever seen at any fast food joint. That basically tells me that everyone in Middletown is lazy AF!If you can get your lazy ass out your car to walk in and enjoy this spacious location then you will find the inside is actually very large, useful and faster than the drive thru. I've never had a long wait going inside and when I order on the mobile app I place that order before I get to the store. Don't place your order in the drive thru because you can't wait any longer and expect it to be ready inside instantly, it just doesn't work that way.This place has tons of tables and folks that opt to drop a computer on a table to sip their Frappuccino seem to enjoy the ambience of this location. Staff has never been rude to me and service is as fast as any Starbucks you walk into. Remember, don't go to the drive thru if you want really fast service especially when you see the drive thru line is long because then you'll come on there with one star bitching it's slow. Just sayin'
