This is my absolute favorite bagel /deli on Long Island. The service is always great absolutely adore owner they always make me and my family and friends feel like we are at home. The bagels and and sandwiches are amazing. My husband laughs at me because I know if he gets me breakfast sandwich or bagel from anywhere because I can taste and see the difference and yes I always send him back out to to what I refer to as my bagel place. Nothing bad to say and if they ever did make a mistake which they’ve rarely if ever done they’re super apologetic and make it right. They can always have my money and my husbands haahaaaGreat place to eat !!
My daughter in law sent us a wonderful breakfast spread from here. It was outstanding from timely delivery, packaging, quantity and quality. I will definitely bring my business here. Delish!

The girl working the counter with the red hair is so unfriendly! Please tell her to look at the customer with a smile. And when someone says “thank you so much”, she can at least say “Thank you! “ no problem “!

Our Community in Mt Sinai, Plymouth Estates, used Bigger Bagels to cater our annual Bocce Breakfast.Keith was a pleasure to work with. We ordered for 105 people. There was so much food left over, we the residents took so much home.Everything was delicious and fresh.I was told this was the best Bocce Breakfast the community ever had! Highly recommend.

So unfortunately i ordered a bagel last week. Bec and they forgot the bacon. I ordered the turkey club today and they forogt the lettuce. Both orders i ordered on doordash and have gotten $4.75 each time back for the missing items. I left a review on here before on my other account which i have deleted bc i was trying to reply to the rude owner but was unable to reply so i switched accounts. They made a point that i have 3 google reviews and they are all 1 stars trying to discredit me. The fact i only have 3 shows i only review the places that dont sit right with me as most places are decent. I think its rude and ignorant for the owner to be on google responding to the bad reviews and trying to discredit them. Im not going out my way for no reason i could care less. Im going out my way to state they keep missing items that are specifically stated on the menu. So instead of the owner responding and being rude they should be training or double looking their orders better. Thank you. Oh and the owner made a point as to why i didnt call them.... well bc i ordered through doordash and got some money back for it so #1 nothing they could do now as it was a delivery and #2 i work in a medical facility i have more important things to do then call and complain i took the easiest route and went through door dash

Probably one of the better bagel/sandwich places in the area. Service is a little slow but not really an issue.

I'd give them ZERO stars if I could! This place is ridiculously slow! I ordered food at 10:45am was told it would be 15 minutes get there at 11:00am not ready 11:45am comes by and I'm asking where's my order and they're like it's not ready 15 minutes. I finally leave out of there at 12:00 and they're like we could still make the food like are you kidding me You didn't even make the food? You told me 15 minutes not 15 years!!!!!!!! Too slow the place If you're looking for fast food go down the road there's a much better bagel place by Dollar tree!!!
