Went there on a Saturday night and use to love coming in but last night just was eh and wouldn't go back anytime soon. The food was great like it always is but my beer tasted like water and we lost our waitress multiple times throughout the night. I would say go if you want good food but lacks luster it once had.

Enjoyed a unexpectedly good meal last evening here. The food was served well prepared and nice presentation. very complete menu with plenty of choices for all. my main comment is that the acoustics are terrible. (busy sat night), place was full and literally had to bend across the table to hear each other. I believe it is listed as a $$$ pricing. the bill without drinks (for 2) was 140 and 60 more for 4 drinks. i will definitely give it another try when less busy as the food and service was very good.

Simply a wonderful experience from start to finish. Service, food and atmosphere were terrific. If we lived nearby, we'd visit often

This restaurant can lend itself to a very noisy environment. Yet today, with several tables taken, conversation was easy and able to be heard. We have been here several times for brunch and a couple of times for dinner. Delicious salad with greens, grape tomatoes and fresh red onions cut over a chicken milanese. Companions enjoyed their choices of crab cake benedict and a large cubano sandwich served with homemade shoestring fries. Shared their homemade flourless chocolate cakes served with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. Three happy people after an excellent brunch.

The service and food were excellent. Very casual dining experience, which is really nice after a long week. Staff was attentive and every course came out quickly. My table indulged in a few different pasta dishes, all were delicious. Highly recommend the Hay and Straw pasta, if you are a fan of mushrooms! The pasta tasted homemade. Desserts were fresh and also very good. I will definitely be a return customer, looking forward to trying their brunch.

Such an amazing experience. We came here for dinner and everything was delicious. We shared the meatballs as an app and they were so juicy. I had the Tuna and it was made to perfection. The rice it came with had a delicious flavor as well, not your typical rice. The cocktails were so tasty as well, I got the coconut margarita. Something I have never had before and will definitely get again. For dessert we have the flour less chocolate cake which hit the spot. The atmosphere was so nice and the service was great. Can’t wait to go back for another delicious meal.

Wife and I ate there last night. Nice attentive staff. Food was delicious. We ordered the artichoke carpachio, salmon, and a pasta dish with spinach/reg noodles truffle cream sauce. For dessert we had the giant napoleon. Would def recommend.

We called first to check if they had chocolate martini. The bartender was excellent, the menu was an eclectic mix of Italian, South American, Asian, something for anyone's palette. Tasty and interesting presentations with absolutely excellent

One of the nicest things about Cala Luna is that I can order a brunch item and my husband can order a dinner. Yesterday there was a baptism party so it was a little noisy but we were seated away from the large group. Servers are very efficient and personable. I had the waffle with lots of blueberries and strawberries; husband had mussels as an app and then linguini with clams - he loved both. The bread is good, served warm. The only downer is the cocktails - wine is fine, but they could work on cocktails - I had the French martini and it tasted a little weak; husband's bloody Mary needed more horseradish. It was served in a goblet with a skinny straw. Missing celery stalk, olive, etc.

Always great professional service at this establishment. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the noise level, the restaurant was about 80% full, no one was particularly loud but the booming noise level ruins everything. Dinner out for us with friends includes pleasant conversation, it becomes impossible at this Cala Luna. There has to be something restaurants can do to cut down overall noise. This restaurant is not a bar scene where you would expect the noise level coming out of it. To bad.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable! We were 6 people and there wasn’t a bad plate for any of us! So glad we discovered this place!

There is nothing in this restaurant to absorb sound so that when even half full, it can be very loud and difficult to carry a conversation. Service was very distracted on this evening as entrees came out before appetizer and were sent back. Calamari portion was generous and delicious. Long wait for entree as it needed to be redone and kitchen was obviously busy. Waiter was highly apologetic but did nothing to compensate on bill. Entree of gnocchi with sausage and strip steak with potato and string beans were also plentiful and nicely presented. Highly recommend the napoleon (which was surprisingly light) and was delicious. I had called ahead to be sure prix fixe menu was in place for the evening only to be told upon arrival that it was not being offered on Christmas Eve. Overall, a disappointing evening as service was sporadic and apologetic.
