Waited on the drive thru for 10+ mins(which always happens day or night)At least explain why we are waiting. (Probably someone doesn’t know how to multitask)This location either needs a deep clean in the back or to check the expiration on the food.I literally got food poisoning.

The kids that work there are rude. - they got my order wrong after repeating it to them 3 times…. It was simple, 1 whopper, no onions, no cheese, extra pickle. I got the order and started driving away, opened the sandwich and of course it had cheese on it. - i went back thru the drive thru and had to repeat the order 2 more times. At the window for pickup, the guy that had an earbud in, listening to music, gave me all kinds of attitude. … he should be fired,…. Terrible customer service, terrible

Guy working drive thru at 6:05 pm on 2/29/24 told me if I wanted to use multiple coupons I’d have to come inside, saying “it’s our policy.” I’ve been to numerous BK lounges in the area and this is the first time I’ve heard of this policy that doesn’t consider disability or childcare.

Burger King's food is good, but there specifically we went in, we said hello, the man who was there did not respond to the greeting and I got the impression that he disliked us, at least that was the impression. It must be that he doesn't like Hispanics.

These people must be on crack, it took 20 minutes in the drive thru to even get our food plus the fact they gave the car behind us their food first. And haven’t spoke to us since. Made us pull up and sit here and watch the cars get their food… These people are basically falling asleep at the window.. I never seen no hillbilly junkies service like this.

Quiet and clean. We used the kiosk to make our order , which is easy . Our food was ready in no time , and fresh . It was nice too they had a kid play area as well .

So far they have gotten my order wrong 5 out of the 7 times I've been there. I've told them no tomatoes, yet they always put tomatoes. I've told them add bacon and cheese, yet 4 out of 7 visits, there's no bacon or cheese.... WTH. I always have to waste more lunch time going back to get my order corrected.
