Terrible nasty people… they should not be owners of this establishment they give subway a bad rap… they never take coupons I believe the Monroe and Chester locations are affiliated… they make up rules as they go along… they DO NOT take coupons why do I receive them if they are not honored at my local subway??? I have a gift card for $50 bucks I will be contacting corporate for my money back…

Been a couple of years since last visit. When visiting family in Highland Mills several of times stopping in a this subway location to buy some food and cookies. Quick in and out got what I needed in timely fashion. Not sure how things are since it’s been awhile since being in Monroe area.

Smells strongly of chlorine or bleach, to the point it burns my nose. I wanted to eat at their tables, but I had to take my food to go, as I couldn't put up with the strong odor.

The cashier asked $3 cash only for additional avocado where as the app said it is $1.5. When confronted, he asked $1.5 cash for the same.The toilet was broken and unclean.

Went here again yesterday 4/18/23 for food to have in the house. I ordered an italian herbs and cheese footling chicken terriki sandwich with provolgne cheese and olives, lettuce, green peppers, onions and the sweet onion sauce. paid with 2 gift cards, so it cost me nothing. My mom actually ordered as well, and got the Rottaisterie Chicken footlong with shredded moserella, and lettice, spinach, green olives, pickles, and mayo. She also paid with a gift card, and paid the remaining balance on her credit card. Will be back soon!

Been here before but only just now writing a review of this place. it is a nice small subway with chairs if you want to eat there, and easy ordering process. used to come in all the time and ordered the same thing, the workers knew my order, and offered me a free cookie even if i don't want one at that time. Also went here during the pandemic, and used the curbside option as it was cold and i didn't really want to move out of the car. it was an amazing experience, as my order was ready when i got there, and delivered right to my car!Went here yesterday (1/10/2023) and ordered subway to go. As another user said "Sometimes you just feel like subway!" walked in, there was no one there, but immediately heard a voice and a smiling face. perfect welcome btw. i ordered the italian herbs and cheese footlong with chicken terriki. (which is a subway favorite of mine) had provologne cheese with it. after they toasted it, for my toppings i put lettuce, onions, pickles, green peppers, black olives, and the sweet onion sauce. told the guy i wanted it to go, and also purchased a salt and vingar chips that i like. was offered a drink, and a cookie. said no thanks to the drink, as i got soda at home that i drank with my meal. but was given a free cookie. amazing customer service with this subway. Also paid with a gift card and it went through right away. Went home and gobbled down my chicken terriki sandwich! hopefully will be back soon!
It's Subway! Always a good experience here and the service is friendly. Nothing bad to say about it. Sometimes you're just in the mood for Subway!

Literally the WORST subway I have ever gotten food from.... I work locally and ordered in delivery directly from Subways website. (Door Dash was great- really quick). I settled in to eat my sandwich and found Guacamole on it, which I did NOT order. I can't have Gauc so I know I didn't order it. I called the store directly and the gentleman very rudely kept telling me I ordered the "Cali-Fresh"... which I did not. No receipt I got said Cali-Fresh, and I can't have the Guac. The guy responded by telling me "everyone loves Gauc" ..... he was so rude over the phone. He just kept telling me I got the Cali Fresh... Money wasted
