I went into this subway on the way back to montreal. It's a 6 hour car ride from there .When i went to put the green subway basket back, he was holding and dropped it.Then he was screaming at me, "You have no eyes?you have no eyes?" This is ridiculous.The food was not even the same as in a normal subway.This is really not the way I envisioned my trip to the United States to end .Please do not go here unless you want to ruin your day.Kid-friendliness: Horible.

Went to this subway while shopping at Walmart with my aunt… we got the overpriced pretzels which were burnt! By the time we got halfway through the pretzels were hardly edible. When my aunt asked for a refund the employee had the nerve to badger her! My aunt only got a $2 refund and was told to never come back to the store! What a joke.

Firstly i'd like to say that this location has left a bad taste in my mouth! the staff was very rude and stand off to their customers especially me. honestly I have never been to a subway location to feel as i'm not wanted there or as if my order doesn't want to be taken. The food was not tasteful just like the staff there. I would like a refund or some type of compensation for the way this location treated myself. After shopping at walmart I stopped here to get some food and I showed the person taking my order I had a coupon, right away he said "no" I replied and said "no what" he said "you need to ask the supervisor" and walked away from me but i'm not sure why I need to ask a supervisor if it's a coupon I have valid at subways. I show her the coupon and she immediately says no as well and tells me "it's broken" what's broken? it's a coupon. She refused to accept my coupon and calls next customer. I said no ma'am i'm standing right here she continues to say i can't help you if you want to use the coupon. I should've walked out right there but I proceed to place my order the whole time I was placing my order I was being rushed and my order was just thrown together. While I went to pay I asked the supervisor if I can scan my QR code to get points for my order she is still being nasty to me telling me no I can't scan but the scanner is there working and available for me to scan. the supervisor proceeded to tell me "you can try scanning but i'm not scanning your coupon" ma'am excuse me? I also was overcharged for my order. As I said earlier very rude and distasteful staff.

They have one price on the big menu and charge you different. When you tell them they get rude! Not just me saying this, but they are well know for being rude!

Old lady was super rude and rushy I went to order my food and she kept making remarks to rush us and my gf specificallly granted she did take a little to order but she had never been to subway before and kept apologizing for being unsure with what she wanted and the old lady was rude my gf is from NYC and usually has a lot of rude and she was being very nice so this lady was very rude and rushy and kept saying “ look at the time “ so in conclusion the lady there made the experience absolutely awful!! I’m very frustred and disappointed with the service I received

I said hello i have a coupon. Oh no no we dont do chicken and naming a bunch of stuff. Then i was read the coupon. They started with an attitude off the rip. I said all i need is 3 footlongs ham and cheese for kids. Coupon was for 3 footlongs for 17.99Lady was saying footlong for ham and chess 10 dollars..... what?. Never again. But walmart aight tho. Could be better

Store is very clean, but they do not follow subway formula. Only 4 slices of cheese on foot long, six olives, 4 pieces of tomato and cucumber. Very little lettuce. Scanning the public. Should be forced to follow subway guidelines.

I'm a driver and trying to make deliveries here is a joke. I show up and it takes 30-45 just to get someone to show up to unload the truck. Management is non existent per usual and leadership is something they don't allow. Walmart is a dying company because of this. So pathetic.

Went here yesterday for lunch since i was at walmart shopping. Been here before as well. very clean subway. Had a very attentive person who took my order. Although, someone the person knew did make a sandwich right in front of me, but i was still deciding what to order, so it didn't really bother me as much. Noticed later that same person was sitting down, with the manager- would be helpful to know- excuse me, this is the managers son. Anyways, i ordered the sweet onion chicken terricki sandwich footlong with italian herbs and cheese bread. i had it with provogne cheese. Now with any subway, they do add a bit of a little cheese, i think it's the perfect portion because i don't like much cheese, but if you are one to like cheese, yeah... the person toasted my sandwich, then asked me for the toppings, i got lettuce, onions, black olives, green peppers and the sweet onion sauce. I also got a gaterade from the fridge. When i was paying, i was paying from a gift card, the person mistakened it for a money card.... lol anyways. he seemed new, so it's alright but know the difference between money and gift card. cashed out with the gift card, and have a remaining balance there. although one issue i have is that being i paid with a gift card, i would like the reciept, and the other person who helped the guy took the reciept, and looked like she threw it away.... anyways, overall was fine, and sat down to eat my sandwich, which was really good! Hopefully will be back soon!
