I made a simple order of number 1 and number 4 on the Taco Bell menu and they gave me the drink from number 1 menu and the food from the number 4. How can somebody mess up simple order like that? Her name was Jessica, and I spoke to the manager, who made me pay for what they missed.

Unfortunately, every single time I order through Grub Hub and put sauce packets into my order, they have not once been able to include those sauces in my order. Everytime I have ordered, my drink is either forgotten completely or instead of me receiving unsweetened ice tea, I get a surprise mouthful of sweet tea. Great for spiking my sugars up! This last time, I ordered unsweetened ice tea and received a watered down strawberry lemonade. When the food arrived, I opened the door immediately. It was all cold and soggy. I contacted taco bell and grubhub and niether could help me. I got credited for the FREE sauce packets! and a $5 coupon for my next order. My order was $55 + $10 tip for the driver. What does that $5 do for me? It doesn't even cover their delivery fees! I'm done with grubhub and taco bell. Too expensive, never get what I ordered, completely unappreciated as a customer.

This was a quick stop on our way to Vermont. The quantity was terrible compared to what we have in PA. The burrito was a joke. They charge extra for lettuce and onions.

My order was $9.49 online price but the charge me $13.49 at the pick up window. They said, they are a franchise and they don’t use the app and can’t honor the online prices. The most absurd explanation I had ever heard. Burrito was just full of refried beans.

Easily one of the most vile and pathetic experiences ever. Simply ordered a FRESCA *stated no dairy at all no cheese or sour cream* . Recieved order with melted cheese (always have to check to be sure.) Ask for the order I PAID for to be made correctly. The young line cook staff then walks to the window giving a disgusting attitude saying "my coworker made this and she didn't put cheese, we checked" and I stated why would I lie? There is cheese on it.. I can't eat dairy... then she shoved the bag to her manager after her argument was shot down and he gives the most appealing attitude yelling at me that there is no cheese simultaneously shoving the bag our way. We open the order and WOW, CLEAR MELTED CHEESE INSIDE. So he then acts like a toddler and huffs and puffs "what do you want me to do" ?! Of course no trust in this sad staff, they would retaliate so we demanded a refund because making the order correctly as it was stated on the receipt is to much for an inept bunch of people to do. Good job Monroe Taco Bell!!!! What a star team!

The food was amazing, friendly staff, toilet was sparkling albeit it was almost end of day.Keep it up ?

been to a taco bell this location many of times. I love their Doritos Loco Tacos, which is a taco shell that taste like a dorito chip. This location is shared by a KFC.Went here yesterday July 27th 2023 to pick up dinner with my mom. We ordered some stuff from KFC, and ordered 3 dorito loco tacos. (i had 2 and my mom had 1) Cashier was very nice and upgraded it to a supreme taco. it was $11 each for each taco, seems like the price went up a bit. (spent $82.00 total) Anyways, got home, enjoyed both my tacos, and will be back as long as the dorito loco taco is on the menu!

The only Taco Bell that makes you order on the app for items instead of doing there job and taking the order. Good job team. We should give you $20 a hour for your troubles.Maybe invest in an outdoor kitchen. I’m already ordering on an app paying over my phone. I mise well cook it myself at this point
