Idk who is managing the night shift but you can always count on the food to be inconsistent.... Received my food tonight was cold, the guy always working the register for the drive thru consistently messes up orders, one time charged me for somebody else's meal. They need to do better period.

Horrible. Nobody speaks English. The ones that do are rude and have to be dumb or illiterate because they can't fill a simple order. They speak Spanish in front of the customers laughing and joking and people don't know what they are saying and it's very unprofessional. Go back to your country if you want to speak your language. Your in America . English is the number one language. Asked for BBQ sauce and they gave me butter. Smh. I blame Biden for this mess. But I will be calling corporate and letting them know about Palisades mall location. Speak English or get out.

I'm not from this town, I went to walmart to buy a few things and I stopped at Wendy's with hunger. The service was okay but once I ate the food, it did not have flavor. My stomach started to hurt and i was not satisfied with my food at all and the drink tasted very ill. After eating i went to use the bathroom and as i was walking out there was a worker with toilet paper on their shoe.
